“This was a lot of fun. The property is well kept, right on the beach, and has parking. We had a great few weeks in Neo Itilo and look forward to doing it again.”

“This is a nice property in Monemvasia but we did experience a few problems. The electricity went out multiple times and we were initially asked to work around their schedule for check-in time. Communication with the management was unpleasant and some untruths were told by them. Not sure whether this was an isolated event or a pattern. Perhaps others will have a better experience than we did. Nice looking property though.”

“An amazing home in the Peloponnese! This is a great home for a family. There is lots of room, the kids enjoyed the pool, 10 minutes from nearby Gythio which has great restaurants and shopping right on the water, as well as surrounding beaches!! Highly recommend this home !!”

“Eleni, die Vermieterin empfing uns und wies uns in die Besonderheiten des Hauses ein. Sie gab uns auch noch ein paar Tips wo wir Essen gehen könnten. Das Haus entsprach zu 100% der Beschreibung im Internet, nur in Natura ist es noch schöner. Wir genossen die Ruhe vor Ort und die wunderbare Aussicht von der oberen Terrasse. Die Betten waren sehr gut und es befanden sich in jedem Schlafzimmer noch Topper zum unterlegen. Gythio ist eine kleine Stadt mit vielen Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten....

“Once inside, this was a wonderful, charming house. Balconies for the upper floor, back porch for the first floor. There was wood for the fireplace. 2 nice size bedrooms with queen beds, 1 smaller bedroom suitable for single occupancy. 2 nice size full bathrooms.For anyone over 60, access will be challenging. There is parking, but you are not able to park close to the unit. The walk up to the unit is steep and long and if it has been raining, the pavement can be slick.We found this home warm,...
