"Innen erwies sich das Hotel schöner als es von Außen den Anschein hatte. Überall weiß gefliest, die Angestellten waren ständig am putzen und Boden wischen. Außerdem war im Gang ein Wasserspender. Leider wurden die Zimmer in den beiden Tagen nicht sauber gemacht. Außerdem war das WLAN nur unten im ..."

"Upon check in you have to wait for 15 minutes in the lobby because no one was there to assist you. Each room has it's own owner and therefore you have to wait for someone to help you. "Did not meet my expectations. Guest’s service agents had poor service, as well as kuya J restaurant staffs for ala cart. Service staffs during breakfast buffet was great and i mostly appreciate the house keeping staffs, they are more accommodating compared to the front staffs."
