“It is an old property that needs further refurbishment. We waited five minutes at check in and finally called for service. Office was closed at 8:45am when when departed. We had to leave the key in our room. One bottle of water in the room otherwise no amenities, coffee or tea, refrigerator, bottle opener. I'd expect more for the rate. They did have two wine glasses. Our garden view looked at roofs. If you leaned over you could see umbrellas below. Second floor walk up. The rooms were just old...

“The property is charming and love the art deco look of the lobby. The service was excellent and the light breakfast brought to the door was great. However, the property needs a little sprucing up. The hallway carpets were quite worn and look dirty. The room was fine, but the mattress was horrible. It is a metal spring mattress with a fairly thin top cover. It was like sleeping on cement. Had back pain every morning. The pool area is nice, but should have someone sweep up and wipe down the...

“The host provided fresh baked goods with fruits and fresh juice for breakfast everyday. It was a warm and delicious gesture. The cleanliness was amazing and the outside surrounding was maintained nicely. The location is beautiful. ”

Pool on Sunday, next to no service, had to put up umbrella and get towels. Kids pool for kids 1year -to 15 years is 30" deep and was 94 degrees. Asked if there was a problem with the heater , never got an answer. Asked if the kids could cool off in the other pool ( it was 84) steps and got the brush off. Watched the pool bartender...

Location is absolutely perfect, walkable to everything. The only thing we would change is having a gate from the main pools to the adult pool instead of having to walk all the way around to get there. ”
