Venite a provare la nostra villa con cortile privata splendidamente ristrutturata con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni mentre vi godete lo stile di vita spensierato di The Villages. Questa villa comprende una suite principale con un letto king size e una camera per gli ospiti che include un letto king size e una porta a scomparsa per creare una suite master aggiuntiva. Questo è perfetto per due coppie in vacanza insieme o invitando gli ospiti durante il vostro soggiorno. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di materassi pillow top Posturepedic con biancheria da letto di alta qualità e TV HD da 32 "con DirectTV.

Amerai cucinare in questa deliziosa cucina completamente fornita con ripiani in granito, armadi Thomasville ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. Lo spazio abitativo è dotato di un tavolo da pranzo con 4 posti a sedere, un HDTV da 50 "con DirectTV, WIFI e molti comodi posti a sedere per gli ospiti, nonché una poltrona reclinabile per farti alzare i piedi dopo una giornata intensa. Abbiamo cercato di pensare a tutto per il tuo soggiorno, quindi abbiamo incluso anche alcuni giochi da tavolo per famiglie, carte, libri e NFL Sunday Ticket per quelli di noi che non possono lasciare indietro la nostra squadra!

Il Lanai si apre con finestre schermate o si può godere del patio esterno completamente privato con molti posti a sedere per godersi il bel tempo della Florida.

Lo stile di vita piacevole di The Villages non può essere completo senza 2 golf cart (elettrici), quindi tu e il tuo compagno (i) potete fare i vostri modi separati, che è anche incluso nel noleggio. Il garage è abbastanza grande da contenere il carrello da golf e un altro veicolo. Vi è abbondanza di parcheggio aggiuntivo a pochi passi dalla porta di casa, se necessario.

Amazing Villa

This villa was exactly what we expected. We stayed for 3 nights due a death in the family and the host was very responsive and accommodating. Very clean, well stocked and well maintained. Beautifully decorated, great layout and very roomy. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot in The Villages

We loved our stay in the Villages. Communicating with Sheila was quick and always informative. She had so much info to share while we stayed in their home. It was very clean, well equipped and a nice location to go to the Village squares for dinner, drinks and entertainment.

Great stay.

We had a great time in the home. Everything you would need was there. The home was clean and It’s location is excellent. We didn’t get to use the golf carts which seem to be in very good shape but they would definitely make anyone’s vacation even better. The Villages is totally awesome. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. Next time. Owners were very available and gracious. Thank you. Ada, Jimmy, and Krystle.

Perfect Location

My friend and I have visited The Villages on three previous occasions. We usually stay with our friend who owns a house in Rio Grande. We loved getting around on the nice golf cart that is included with this nice rental house! We shopped, diner and (of course) danced in Lake Sumpter and Spanish Springs squares. We did need to golf “off campus” as there were no tee times available for our foursome. The weather was great and we had so much fun! The owners were so kind and accommodating. Thank you!

Adorable villa

We loved the villa. It was neat, clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to the Spanish Springs town center and to Lake Sumter . It was a very quiet area also. Great sleeping!

Excellent Vacation

We could not be happier with our selection of this home everything was wonderful from the two master suite home to the two golf carts could not have worked out better for two couples. Centrally located near two town squares several pools, rec centers and gold courses. This is a wonderful property.

Lovely villa, great location

We were very pleased with how lovely and well appointed the villa was! You can tell they take great care and pride in their property! Lovely enclosed court yard and a short golf car ride to Spanish Springs! They provided 2 golf carts for our use, we took one to church 😊. They had a book on the desk with a lot of info about the area and great check out instructions. Communication’s we’re responded to right away, can’t say enough great things about our overall experience with the Villa and the owners/management company definitely a 5 star rating, I would give more stars if it was available!! Thank you!! We will definitely be back!!

Awesome Time

The rental was exactly as listed. Very nicely done. We enjoyed cooking outside on the grill in the very spacious backyard on the new grill. Tranquil neighborhood. It's a 10-minute golf cart ride to two different town centers. We made a wrong turn once while using The Villages GPS app, and I called Shiela to ask where I was. She answered right away and was very helpful. We would stay again the next time we are in The Villages.

Celebration

Had to come to FL for a celebration of life of a dear friend. Two other friends joined us . Our dogs were allowed in Villa. Everything was so nice & comfortable. There were 2 golf carts for us to use. The patio & outside area were wonderful for morning coffee & relaxation. Would recommend to anyone.

Great location in The Villages

The house was located in close to proximity to Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. Only a few minutes by car or golf cart. In addition to being in a prime location, we were pleased with the two bedroom, two bathroom house. We would definitely stay in this property in the future.

This Villa in The Villages was perfect for us! The home was cleaned and well maintained. The neighborhood is in a great location. The 2 golf carts were a nice addition. The 2 king suites are perfect for 2 couples. You can tell the owners care about their guests by making sure all accommodations were met.

First visit to The Villages

All in all my wife and I had a great first visit to the Villages. The villa was clean and modern and super comfortable for my wife and I and our 2 Italian greyhounds. Having the golf cars included was a huge bonus. The home was well stocked for a short or long stay and convenient to everything the Billages has to offer. We’ll definitely hope to book again when there’s vacancy as it’s booked for the next few months. Thank you Dean and Sheila for sharing your home!

Excellent property just the right location!

wonderful home so well-maintained and clean.. Location is incredible. You’re directly in between Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing couldn’t ask for a better spot. The two golf carts were an added bonus barely even used our car. Thank you again for letting us stay. We will be back!

Great villa with great location.

The house was modern and clean. The king beds were comfortable and the sheets were amazing. We were happy to have our little dog with us. This is a great place to stay. We would book again. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. 5 stars from us!
