    Ask us about early check in. Home in the heart of The Villages, a 7 minute golf cart ride from Spanish Springs Square, 15 minutes from Sumter Landing, 30 minutes from Brownsville Square.

    200 Community pools some for adults only and some for families.

    13 Recreation Centers with Pickle Ball, Shuffleboard, Billiards, Study groups, etc.

    3 Old Fashion Town Squares with nightly Live entertainment

    44 Golf Courses.
    The space
    Peaceful poolside oasis perfect for a family vacation in the popular Villages community. Near De La Vista Executive Golf Course, Tierra Del Sol Country Club and Tennis Court.

    3 br 2 bth, swimming pool, outdoor dining & grill. Your fury friends are invited to stay with you as well.

    Note-Pool Heating Fee: Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $99 per day, with a 2-day minimum. Please notify us a minimum of 72 hours prior to arrival to arrange heating.

    If you are bringing pets with you there will be a Pet Fee of $150 per pet, per stay.

    If you are wanting to host an event at the home there will be additional fees and a quote will be provided to you once all the information on the event has been provided to us. If there is any additional guests after the booking guest count this qualifies as an event. Please message us to get prior approval for additional guests. Event Fee minimum is $350 per day.

    Cruise around on the golf cart to discover rec centers, golf courses galore, pickleball courts. The squares certainly won't disappoint with their restaurants, shopping & nightly live music

    Guests will have access to a minimum of 2 guest passes for The Villages amenities and the Golf cart for responsible use. We will submit forms for passes once you have booked your stay

The place is fine. No issues with the house, had the basics, the golf cart was nice and location was very good.  The communication is poor by the person managing the property. RUN do not rent. Last minute was told 150 a week for each dog, we had two. After asking why the pool was not heated (had gotten a letter stating it would be heated to 74, was told I did not pay the 150 a day to heat, had never received that information. Was told I filled out the form without the dogs-never had a form, told me it also listed cost of pool.  He finally admitted never told me that there was cost to heat the pool, had no intention of heating it in the cold. I was able to swim in the community pool so had some warm days and other pools in area were heated. To top it off we got there and the place was not cleaned-forgot! Had to talk to the person who manages the house through the ring doorbell. Would not let me talk to him on the phone or give me a number in case of an emergency. The VRBO site clearly states that all costs are stated, we did not find this to be the case. Rented this place in particular due to it having a pool, could have saved a lot of money on a different location without a pool.
