“Great customer service, fresh water waterpark, less than 5min from the main highway. This was a quiet off the grid stay right off a low traffic river. The staff was very accommodating. I asked for off menu breakfeast which was provided with no issues and no extra charge. Kids had a great time at the waterpark(non-chorline) Great place for parents to chill and kids to thrill. “Nice and clean room. The TV was useless for us, with only a few channels, all in Thai language only. The breakfast and place where served was awesome. The Shore restaurant, nice position at the beach, but food Ok and several misshap due to communication. The hotel has a great infinity pool, and private beach area. Both are great, but probably would be too crowded, if hotel woukd be at full caacity and all gustes will want to use those. Lucky for us the hotel was not full, and there were less...

“Beautiful location right on the silky sands of Chao Lao Beach. Amazing sunsets every night. Delicious breakfasts with a wide variety of choices. The area is a bit out of the way if you don't have your own car but it's worth. You can take buses to and from Chanthaburi and taxi from there. You can borrow bicycles for free at the hotel. All of the staff seem to be very nice and helpful but of course not all can speak English. Special shout out to the manager Wiboon, who made everything perfect.”
