The terraced house is situated in the Huben district in a quiet location and not far from the ski bus, which takes you to the fantastic ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl. The house is an ideal starting point in summer for activities in the well-known Area 47 leisure park or other options such as rafting, canyoning, and climbing. With three bedrooms, each with its bathroom, you can enjoy plenty of privacy and enjoy delicious meals in the cozy open kitchen with a wood-burning stove
Whether you want to take a leisurely hike with the whole family or go on high alpine tours, the Ötztal offers hundreds of options with 12 summer mountain lifts, over 100 huts, and mountain pastures. There are guided hiking programs or perhaps your mountain guide to help you conquer one of the many three-thousand-meter peaks.
Sölden and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl offer guaranteed snow for all skiing activities from autumn to spring
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
