Beautiful 3Bedroom/2Bath Home in Lafayette!

Come enjoy Lafayette's Cajun Culture while staying in this newly renovated home with new appliances, bathrooms, and bedrooms. Just 10 minutes from downtown Lafayette and a few blocks from River Ranch. This house is conveniently located 1 mile from Ambassador Caffery Pkwy, known for its shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants.
The space
Guests will arrive and have access to fast WIFI, coffee and bottled water.

Our home is decorated professionally, guests will enjoy a new kitchen with quartz counter-tops, shaker-style cabinets, stainless steel appliances, new furniture and new mattresses. Kitchen is fully equipped to accommodate a family or group of 6.

All of the beds have brand new high quality cool-gel foam mattresses for better hygiene. All furniture is brand new including a big screen smart TV in living room and in master bedroom. A work station is also available with fast wifi and free of charge to our guests.

If weather permits, take advantage of the large, fenced-in backyard with backyard access gate if needed (let us know in advance).

Please know we do extensive cleaning for extra COVID safety measures. We hire a top cleaning company in Lafayette and they are immediately available if guests have any concerns. This is a family operated home, we provide our contact number to our guests so that we can respond to any questions or urgent issues immediately.

There will be two cameras pointing at the driveway for peace of mind to our guests throughout the stay.

Only 2 pets are allowed under 50lbs during a stay with an additional pet fee.

Great place

In town for a karate tournement. Easy check-in, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Cajundome. Would highly recommend if traveling to this area.

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed here for my son’s baseball tournament. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Owner communicated very well and super easy check out process. We would stay here again.

World Series Baseball Tournament

We traveled to Lafayette for a four day baseball tournament. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect. Nice to be able to relax between games.

Super clean! Fantastic host communication!!

Overall, the stay was great! Clean, well equipped, newly updated home, and everything worked. Best host we’ve experienced in awhile- readily available and great communication! Loved that the property was pet friendly!! The nest thermostat and remote controlled fans were nice and kept the home cool. Also really liked the covered carport for parking. Tons of towels which was nice to have with 4 people having to get ready for multiple days. Bottled water in the fridge was also a nice touch! It’s an older neighborhood, but in a great central location!

Nice house in convenient location

The house was fine and it's a nice little neighborhood close to a community center and park with a walking trail. It's close to just about anything you might need or want. We had some problems managing the Nest thermostat but hopefully the host has resolved that problem. There's a nice fenced in backyard suitable for medium to large dogs.

Clean and comfortable

Visiting family for Christmas and needed a place big enough for 6 adults, an infant, and 2 small dogs. Bao was a great host and answered all our questions quickly. Place was very clean, had all the amenities we needed, and was newly renovated. The location was just off Johnston St. which is one of the major streets through Lafayette so everything we needed was close by. Older neighborhood but it was quiet. Would stay here again.
