Motel a Lafayette

“Customer service sucked. Lobby smelled like old pine sol. Upstairs has all connecting rooms. There was no elevator. Rooms are filthy, shower was not clean microwave or fridge. No smart tv to watch shows. They didn’t even have a phone in the room. No security doors the place was horrible. They need to put more love into the building. Unbelievable.”

“Ants were everywhere in my room and in my bed ”

“you walk in and it smell bad . there is no free breakfast just coffee which they had the bleach next too . the towels look dirty i was told they clean but the towels are soo old and stain . there was mud shoes at the stair way that was there all week i was there five day . i fell down the stares as they are super small . they didn’t seem to be concern . they had a fridge that sat in the diner for days and the cleaning room door stay open all times . ”

“I did not look anything like photos from internet. I had to wait for staff manager to get out her car to come in and service me. I got keys dropped off personal items and left to attend my event. I phoned Cassandra the manager and explained the room was filty and my husband used the bathroom and touched the back of toilet was 2 inches of dust the tub looked like a crime scene. After exiting property there was a dead mouse infront of the area. I was disgusted. I asked if someone could clean it....
