“Everything's awesome. I love how the interior is so chic while it is a renovated house. It has everything we need for traveling. The common room has collections of books, kitchen utensils and comfy ambience. The staffs are very helpful and kind. Thank you!!”

“We chose this hotel because it is within walking distance to the Key Bank Arena. We were in Buffalo for the Journey Concert and it was so easy to walk to and from the hotel. The hotel itself was okay - strange entrance into the building which also housed other businesses and we had to lug our suitcases down the stairs to get to the check-in desk (from the parking lot). Very plain hotel, sterile. Check-in staff was great.”

“There isnt a,whole lot of amenities for offer there. The staff was great. House keeping came by the room early and we weren't ready to go out. I asked the housekeeper if they could come back. She said she will try but never made an attempt to come back. That was no biggie. There is no breakfast included. I even got breakfast with my stay at a,Hilton in nyc. No complimentary coffee offered in the lobby. That is a,basic hotel offering.”

“We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was excellent. Lots of room, private bedroom and connected bathroom. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and 2 tvs. Great breakfast. Only problem was parking was off-site, 2 blocks away!”

“Booked a suite, got a regular king...no big deal, just called down and they fixed it immediately awesome. Got into the suite had a view of the ventilation system of the building not of anything else no balcony no nothing. Ok I can get past all that after a long day of travel go to relax pop on some Netflix takes about 15min to sign in tv acting real slow. Shut it off turned it back on didnt get better but after about 20 min of loading a show just b started to play I said you know what its been a...

“The major pros : location - steps from Allentown gay village . Free outdoor parking . Charming hotel reminds me of being in an old fashioned movie. If you want modern etc don’t book here but if you’re after charm go for it. This hotel is kind of like an old apartment building but it’s a place to sleep and recoup.”

“The house has "good bones" I loved the built in cabinets and overall style of the house. It has large rooms and still cozy. There is no handicapped accessibility. It is a Beautiful Old House, with servants quarters and hallways. The pleasant owner lives in those quarters and uses the rest of the house for the guests. “In un bel quartiere, struttura ricavata da un edificio storico finemente ristrutturato. Molto elegante. Pulizia perfetta, parcheggio privato (con supplemento). Colazione ottima. Le poche criticità, manca l’ascensore e non è comodo portare le valigie al piano superiore. Alcune stanze hanno bagno privato all’esterno della stanza, altre all’interno. “No staff on property, but check in and check out was flawless. There are limited parking spots available on site. Cab or ride share is about $30 one way to get to downtown Buffalo (Key Bank Centre). The property is very clean. I would stay here again.”
