“A beautiful maintained motel in a very convenient position in the town. The room we had was more of a studio apartment with a full kitchen and large dining table. We were greeted by the owners who were incredibly friendly and maintain the place brilliantly in a quirky style. Lovely to have fresh milk, locally produced coffee, fresh bread and chocolates in the room to greet us on arrival.”

“After a long drive, we had a wonderful welcome when booking into this hotel motel. We were delighted with the complimentary breakfast boxes, as we had another long journey the next day. We hit on a 'parma & pot' night and the dining/bar area was full of locals and a great atmosphere. ”

“This lodge is literally in the middle of nowhere — and it's not a criticism! When you arrive, you are entirely surrounded by nature. Peace, tranquility and a very cozy atmosphere is what you will experience at this lodge. Our room was spacious and quite clean, but not spotlessly. This could be worked on. We also tried the restaurant attached to the lodge and we enjoyed our dinner. Too bad we didn't try the steaks, apparently one of their signature dishes.
