VILLA ULIVI -LAGLIO-

The villa is located in the picturesque village of Laglio, offering stunning lake views from both the garden and throughout the entire house. The property enjoys an exceptional panoramic position, allowing guests to admire the beauty of Lake Como from virtually every corner of the villa.

The villa features five spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and privacy. The property also offers two fully equipped kitchens, providing excellent flexibility for larger groups or for those who enjoy cooking and entertaining during their stay.


House Rules and Additional Policies

An extra fee will apply for events held at the property. All events must be approved in advance.

Before departure, all waste must be properly separated and disposed of in accordance with local recycling regulations. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a penalty of €250.

Outdoor music is not permitted after 11:00 PM. Guests are kindly requested to respect the quiet hours. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the immediate termination of the stay and guests may be required to vacate the property.

Ball games are not permitted in the garden. Towels, cans, or any other items must not be left on the lawn. Towels should be placed only on the sun loungers, as leaving objects on the grass may damage the lawn equipment, including lawn mowers. Any damage caused will be charged to the guests.

The pool cover must not be handled or moved. It must remain open at all times, and if guests wish to close it, prior permission must be requested, as the mechanism is delicate and may be easily damaged. Any damage to the pool cover will be charged to the guests.

Parasols (umbrellas) must be closed whenever leaving the property during the day, as wind may cause them to break. Any damage resulting from failure to close the parasols will be charged to the guests.
For added convenience, the villa includes a very large garage and a private elevator, ensuring easy and comfortable access to all floors.

The outdoor areas are particularly generous, thanks to the extensive private garden that surrounds the property. Within the garden, guests can enjoy a beautiful swimming pool, perfect for relaxing while taking in the breathtaking lake scenery.

One of the villa’s most appreciated features is its convenient location: within walking distance, guests can easily reach the charming center of Laglio, where they will find restaurants, beaches, and the local dock, from which it is possible to take both private boats and public ferries to explore Lake Como and its surrounding villages.
