“Owners are very nice ,the lady knows a bit of English. She made delicious breakfast. Bring your own towel, otherwise extra charge. Walking distance to Hkuba Goryu ski Resort about 5-10 min. My room included private bathroom and shower. ”

“Never know which one will be allocated out of 4 BnB, the white decorated one was allocated to me, TV is so tiny, I was expecting a balcony as shown in the pictures, but not existed in mine. In general, it’s clean”

“The Best Place in Hakuba! The Mahoroba property is amazing! I will stay here again! This spacious modern 2-story 3bedroom 3bathroom townhouse has all of the amenities you need to have a comfortable and relaxing stay near the major ski resorts in Hakuba. The king bed in the master bedroom was huge and super comfortable. The bathrooms are modern with Toto bidet toilets. The showers have adjustable water pressure. The living room is huge with a modern couch, stylish chaise, and reclining solo...

“Water noise from the bathroom, unbearable difficulty sleeping. Unable to use the hotel bar or kitchen after 9pm, very strict on the time, at breakfast you were told at 9-50 that you needed to leave at 10, only seemed to apply to non Japanese customers, they stayed for as long as they wanted. Other than that staff were friendly.”

“Stay 2 nights in KAI ALPS. Hair on the bed but I used my own bedsheet. My package stayed with breakfast and dinner. The menu wasn’t changed after check-in. The female staff was unhelpful and her statement totally inconsistent with earlier statement. Who said the menu can only change by 6pm, but end up still cannot change the menu next day. This hotel is not worth to stay. We will not come back again and do not recommend to my friends and families.”
