“Wunderbares Hotel zum Entspannen mitten im Schwarwald. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Tolles ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet. Abendessen und ab 15 Uhr Kaffee und Kuchen auf Wunsch möglich. Küche sehr lecker. Kleines Schwimmbad und Sauna vorhanden, wie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel ohne Extragebühren. Alles sehr sauber und das komplette Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Jederzeit gerne wieder.”

I traveled with a well-behaved 20 lb terrier, and the beds were comfortable, the water was hot and plentiful in the shower, and most of all, the grounds and proximity to hiking trails made it worthwhile. “Hotel liegt zwar an der Hauptstraße im Glottertal, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet (modern und doch passend rustikal zum Schwarzwaldcharme), geräumig, Balkon war auch prima. Frühstück sehr angenehm, ausreichend, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen auf Wunsch. Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet, weil wir unterwegs waren. Umgebung toll. Man ist schnell in Freiburg, aber auch an vielen anderen Ausflugszielen. Direkt vom Hotel aus kann nan ebenfalls tolle Wanderungen...
