“We didn’t use the amenities except for the restaurant and it was perfection! Our room was clean and bright with comfy beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. Elevator was small but just added to the adventure!”

“This resort was a five star +. The staff were amazing, super helpful and friendly! The resort was very clean throughout including our room which was immaculately clean! The bathroom floor was heated which was very nice! The Velvet restaurant was also amazing, great staff and food! I highly recommend this Hotel if you’re in the area!”

“Caught red handed not giving a damn would be the best way to describe the management of this hotel. Check-in started at 3pm and we arrived at 4:15 pm to a room that wasn’t ready with a mattress hanging out the door. The motel looked to have one, maybe two other transient guests. That’s it. The manager appeared to need to wake-up the disheveled looking room cleaner who was living in another room and together they dragged the mattress away. Once in our room we noticed a hole in the bathroom...

“All essentials were good. However was Missing window coverings in downstairs bedrooms. In the listing pictures there was a pool table but it was not there. House was nice clean and comfy.”

“Location is as good as it gets in Rossland and the apartment is so full of life and character! We loved seeing all of the works of local artists scattered throughout. I'm so sick of white/grey boxes and this place is the opposite! The host was also very kind and quick to respond when there was an issue with the check in details.”
