“Wonderful position and design, unfortunately not marched by the level of service: when we did arrive, the shower was not clean. They promised us different breakfast, but for 2 consecutive days the order was not fulfilled as per our request. The communication with customer service was poor, with a compensation promised but not delivered due to their incapability to provide.
