“Brand new hotel with good quality room, cosy and pop lobby, good price. Though I left with an average experience due to some hiccups that could be solved: 1) understaffed desk in the evening causing significant waiting times for the check-in 2) i asked for an iron maching: first I had to pay a deposit, then i was told that there was no availablity. The day after - after having actually got it - at the check-out I was told that I should have brought the iron machine downstairs by...
