“Favourite hotel out of 5 spent at on a 14-day trip through Japan. Comfortable beds, beautiful bath house offering both cold & hot pools, free ramen at night, nice pyjamas, friendly staff, delicious brunch and central location. Would go out of my way to stay here again. We stayed here before hiking Mt Fuji! Best meal of our whole trip was a Japanese Wagyu grill down the street too!”

“The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. I had a hike up Mt Fuji scheduled, and they did everything they could to help call + reserve taxi’s, provide early dinner, etc. Everyone was incredibly nice. And the property itself is beautiful!! ”

“Nice and clean, good breakfast with beautiful view over Mount Fuji. Good service, always welcoming. 8 minutes walk from the train station or 5 from the Bus station to Shinjuku. Definitely recommended.”

“Beautiful hotel, but it was a bit of a walk from the bus station if you’re going into Hakone. Be sure to call the hotel to have a shuttle pick you up from the nearest shuttle stop, which is down the hill from the property. Stuff that was super nice although they didn’t know too much about the tourist bus lines-recommend getting a hug Kone 1 to 3 day pass if you’re staying longer. “Our stay was amazing! We loved having the private onsen since was have a lot of tattoos, the was Japanese dinner was the best food we had our whole two weeks in Japan. The staff was so friendly, professional and extremely helpful. We would love to come back as soon as we can!”

Our family group of six (four adult children) stayed three nights half board in two Japanese Western Style Quad rooms, very large accommodation by Japanese standards with two x two-bed separate sleeping areas in each plus a living area.
