Hotel sulla neve a Lago di Lucerna

“Hotel was great and staff was excellent, especially Sophia in the restaurant. Self check-in was a little challenging. I didn’t have WiFi in the days prior so missed the instruction email. Sophia was helpful upon arrival since we didn’t have the room code. ”

“The location is magnificent, the check-in and check-out operations are fast and smooth. Unfortunately I expected more from my room: it was totally different from what shown on the website. It was really old in furniture, bed and doors. Windows only were ok. The toilet and shower were in different spaces, with the need to go across the whole room to reach one from the other. Having one night only, all this didn't affect my stay... but, generally, I would prefer that the pictures on the website...

“We really enjoyed our stay here! This was a very convenient location for skiing at Andermatt. The hotel has some amazing views of the river that runs through town. Breakfast was amazing! We would definitely stay here again if we had the chance!”
