Vacanze a Lago di Lugu - Ninglang

Our family stayed for 3 nights in October, and it was a fantastic experience. The location in the old city was great. There were quite a few delicious restaurants nearby, and it was located a short distance from the busy main area, so felt quieter and more peaceful than the main old town streets. The staff were really a highlight. To say they were helpful would be an understatement. Julia was in touch from before we arrived. Helping to coordinate the complimentary pickup at train station and delivery to the hotel, including transporting the bags through the old city streets. Julia made planning daily activities a breeze and help to arrange all aspects of the trips(car, driver, tickets) . It really made it an easy experience. She had great advice on all aspects of the old city. When my son wasnt feeling well she arranged medicine, and was quick to answer any questions. Julia, Xiao Xiao, and Yang all went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were lovely, the building is a 300 year old mansion, and had a lot of cultural feel and character. The rooms are well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We hope to come back and stay again!

All of the great reviews are real. The staff is very helpful and Amy’s help with our planning was amazing. We even had to leave our power banks at the airport (non CCC) and she got us one delivered to the hotel in a few hours. The hotel’s location is very quiet, but also only a few steps away from the busy old town. It was a perfect combination for us.
