“部屋の写真が無かったので、期待していませんでしたが、とてもキレイで快適でした。スタッフの対応も良く、朝食もバリエーションがあり良かったです。ただチェックイン時支払い済みに関わらず「支払いされていない」と2回言われ「onlineの領収書を見せる」と言っても反応なく、不安になったのでこの評価です。”

“No staff Andy did not see. Bathroom was a DIY nightmare. Cooker oven broken. Wall paper falling off on stairs. Must have been the smallest room double bed with foot space around edge . Could only open bathroom door half way because of space in room 3 ”

“Stanza con il minimo necessario, per Cortona tutto funzionante. Odore di chiuso. Musica fino a tardi perché al piano sotto fanno musica live fino a tardi. Rumore di macchine e traffico tutto il giorno. No colazione neanche a pagamento. Non consiglio. ”

“Poco prima delle dieci arriviamo in auto all'hotel: un po' più tardi di quando avremmo voluto, perchè l'indirizzo diceva Manchester road, bolton : e noi siamo andati a bolton in manchester road. Non c'era nessun hotel georgian house, perchè in realta è in manchester blackrod, circa 10 km fuori bolton. Comunque molto prima della mezzanotte, quindi largamente in tempo per fare il check in. secondo quando comunicato alla prenotazione. Non c'è posto! Increduli insistiamo, ma non c'è nulla da fare....

“the staff was very kind and available to answer to all of our questions. the location is far from the city, but it’s not impossible to reach it if you’re down to get a few transports. I cannot complain. it was still extremely cheap even if manchester was full of tourists for the oasis concerts! it was a nice short stay for us ”

“The staff and service at the guesthouse was very accommodating. My room was a nice size. It was clean, but I cleaned it more to my liking. One thing that was bothersome was, the other guests weren't as courteous and therefore nights early mornings weren't so peaceful. ”

“Room was cancelled 2 days before my stay for health and safety reasons I was notified by email but then later notified reminding me of stay not very happy overall but at least I’m getting a refund ”
