“We have stayed at The Park 5+ times when staying overnite in Highlands. It's a wonderful retreat for dogs and humans and has always been a pleasure. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed. Our dachshunds love it. The ample sized running park behind the property is secure and perfect for your fur babies to explore and burn off their excess energy. Dog toys, treats and bedding are standard. Juices, coffee , cookies and water are free and available 24/7. Our preferred rooms are on ground...

“Was very very disappointed. I had a reservation for Saturday night. I called on Thursday night to cancel due to a family issue that was last minute. I was told they would cancel the reservation but had to charge me the nightly rate because it was too late. I said theres nothing you can do, they told me it was property policy no exceptions. This is the epitome of corporate greed, and shows why the world is in the shape its in. I personally will never stay at another Hampton Inn or Hilton...
