Brand new hotel / apartments in a renovated old building with lots of great shared amenities like gym, sauna, games, kitchen, offices etc. Very good and young vibes. Only minus the breakfast that gets delivered to the door without being able to choose what you get and with a lot of packaging, instead of the classic buffet with multiple options.

Ottima posizione, in zona centrale, camere pulite con arredo moderno, colazione super ottima ed ampia scelta sia dolce che salata e frutta fresca in abbondanza. Super consigliato.

The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money.
