“loved the location; beautiful view of the lake and the restaurant was really good; tapas menu room was cold and you cannot adjust the temperature; no elevator so you need to be able to do stairs. no breakfast available at the restaurant. you will need to have breakfast in town 15 minutes drive.”

“Rooms were clean and tidy. It was disappointing to see the rooftop terrace was run down and a bit sketchy to get to. Hallways are a bit run down but rooms are updated. Nice for a night in Magog.”

(It was there) They resolved this by upgrading us to a suite in the building next door but wanted to split the charge on the $40/night upgrade.
