“Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The room we were put in was so noisy. Whatever was above us, all we could hear was something (maybe chairs) scraping along the floor. This went on morning, noon and night. Carpets in room were disgusting. Most staff were really nice and friendly except one woman on reception who was extremely rude. No tongues for croissants at breakfast despite me asking for some so everyone was putting their hands in all over them. The lights in the corridors were...

“Great find for our stay! Fantastic ski in ski out location. However the only reason we may not choose to come back is the ski shop is closed between 12 and 3. We found this very inconvenient. Even when we turned up at 11.40 they had locked up early. It’s not a boot room with lockers and is very basic, but serves its purpose. Otherwise perfect location for all amenities.”

“J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

“Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

“We loved the decor and vibe of this place - tasteful styling, good sized bedroom and wonderfully modern en-suite bathroom. The central lounge, kitchen and diner spaces were great, we even loved the chilled music playing to give some ambience and vibe. The self serve coffee station was very welcome after a long trip, and having space in a fridge was so useful for our food. The private parking was very useful for us. The room was very well insulated from the road outside, and we loved the views to...

“Perfetto hotel per motociclisti con tante attenzioni alle nostre esigenze (molto frequentato anche da ciclisti), parcheggio riparato per la moto, distributori di bevande, snack e caffè nella lobby, colazione servita già dalle 6.30. Posizione centrale nel paese dove comunque qualche ristorante e bar si trovano. Camere funzionali, pulitissime. Host veramente cordiale, disponibile,attento e parla anche italiano. “Sono tornata per la seconda volta al termine dell'inverno, principalmente perché è uno dei pochi alberghi aperti anche in bassa stagione. Vista la bassa affluenza ci è stato fatto anche l'upgrade ad una camera famigliare da 4 persone, con terrazza. Ottimo anche il ristorante. ”

“Our room looked like it had been recently decorated and updated. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was huge. The dining room has also had an overhaul. Breakfast was excellent. We ate dinner there a couple of nights, too, and I would recommend the steak. We were skiing in the 3 Valleys, so we rented a ski locker at Chaudanne for convenience and took the bubble up each day. Really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely come again.”

“In fase di check in la hall era vuota, dopo mezz'ora di attesa abbiamo chiamato il numero indicato per le emergenze e in pochi minuti è arrivata la ragazza, l'acqua calda non funzionava bene dovevamo aprirla e farla scorrere per molto tempo fino a quando non arrivava tiepida ma mai calda, i termosifoni spenti menomale che era presente il condizionatore, la pulizia generale della camera e dell'hotel erano nella media a parte qualche dettaglio”
