It used to be so much better previous years. It has certainly gone down to the lowest rating. For the price you pay, I expect better quality.”

“Morning, we stayed for 3 days at this hotel which looked fairly new. Upon first check in, the young oriental lady at the front desk was extremely rude. It was almost like we were bothering her. She was snappy and sharpe with her ansewers. We had the breakfast included with our travel package and even got to meet the owner the first morning. What a super lady, extremely nice.
