“Lovely, comfortable room. Served our purpose.”

“The staff was very friendly, but housekeeping was not great. We had to ask for toilet paper and soap at the front desk. The coffee and cups in the room were not replaced. The lines for breakfast were long. We stayed for four nights and skipped the free breakfast twice because of the wait and the shortage of food.”

“Room extremely dark. Wasn’t cleaned properly as I found food wrappers under the bedding on the floor. Breakfast was horrible. Not sufficient fruit or options to chose from. It used to be so much better previous years. It has certainly gone down to the lowest rating. For the price you pay, I expect better quality.”

“Morning, we stayed for 3 days at this hotel which looked fairly new. Upon first check in, the young oriental lady at the front desk was extremely rude. It was almost like we were bothering her. She was snappy and sharpe with her ansewers. We had the breakfast included with our travel package and even got to meet the owner the first morning. What a super lady, extremely nice. “A really lovely hotel in a great location. The most comfortable bed ever with a huge TV and a well srocked Nespresso machine. We really enjoyed our stay there and in a great city. Only thing to mention is don't park in the Annadale Street Car park, which looks identical to the hotel one, as it is not covered on the hotel's pass and it caused no end of grief for us to get out.”
