“Ottimo”

“Super clean apartment, owners were vety nice and helpful. There was everything we needed. Little kitchen was cude. We would only need to open it a bit earlier. ( it is closed 22.00-8.30 ). Supermarkets are nerby. All surounded by beautiful mountains.”

“Camera pulitissima, comoda, materasso comodo, colazione ottima, prodotti di alta qualità, di tutto, eccellente. Piscina ottima, per me un po’ fredda Consiglio anche per la ottima posizione”

“Amazing place”

“Super modern suite, top notch decor and finishing, kitchen was beautifully set up. Quiet location, loved the laundry facility to get caught up. The view is incredible. A nice, 20 minute walk to the small downtown area. 10 minutes (if that) to the cog train and the ferry port.”

“We stayed one night to visit Halstatt. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and functional. Delicious breakfast. We had a car and the free parking was a two minute walk. There’s a pizzeria next door for dining options. The beds were comfortable and the AC was a great bonus. Thank you”

“Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay.”

“Ottima sistemazione nello spirito autentico dell'Austria Felix”

“Very impressed with the property, amenities and staff. Spacious clean rooms, nice spa area, and 5 min drive from the lake. My favourite was the peaceful inner yard area where we’d have breakfast and cocktail after dinner. Dinner menu offers meals with ingredients sourced from local farmers! Staff is very kind and attentive. Bed was a little stiff to my liking, but it’s a matter of taste.”

“It was in a great location with a short walk to their lake front swimming area. It would have been helpful to have a ceiling fan in the room with the heatwave since there was no AC. They provided 1 fan, but since we had a triple that left our child without a fan. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and the included breakfast was great!”

“Great hotel. We stayed in Fuschl to easily access the Salzkammergut area. The hotel has great amenities such as an arcade. It even has a piano you could play. Staff was friendly and helpful. Note Fuschl does not really have a lot of restaurants and the convenient store barely opens - so it simply wasn't a base for lunch/dinner for us. The hotel has dinner but we did not try. Also note there is no A/C. The night air was cool but we had to sleep with the balcony door open. Parking was...

“The check-in was about 8km away (which was in town and the house was out of town). When we got to the location it was not marked and we only knew it from the picture on the reservation. There was no one there which we knew but there was nothing there telling you the internet password- luckily, we saw someone else who told us. We sent 4 messages to the host and it took over 24 hours for a response. The room was large and clean except for all the bugs & flys (at checkout they simply said it was...

“房間無暖氣、有反應給房東、房東的Ai反應暖氣有設定溫度會自動開啟、但是整晚一直到天亮暖氣均沒有開啓、整棟房子冷冰冰。昨晚好像只有我們入住而已、是否是只有一間房所以他們就不在乎還是要省瓦斯錢而吝嗇呢？所以我要強烈的譴責他們也希望Hotel.com 可以幫我問問清楚。”
