“Room smelled musty. It was clean but distinctly musty, enough that you could 'taste' it. I kept windows open but it did not go away. ”

“For a super budget motel it was surprisingly good. The beds were very comfy, the towels were very big and soft, the water pressure was so strong. It was surprisingly quiet when the doors were closed despite being right in the highway. The lamp by the beds was a little sketchy, but worked. Easy check-in and check out situation. The coffee maker worked well and had fairly tasty coffee provided. Room was quite clean, although the garbage under the sink had not been changed from the guests before...

“The comfort inn is a fairly decent hotel- but was WAY overpriced when we stayed in the beginning of May. We stayed in a pet room- which was what we needed at the time. The bathroom floor was not clean, the toilet kept running when you flushed, the second sink out of the bathroom was clogged and overall- the room looked a bit tired with peeling wallpaper and old furniture. “Overall, stay was ok. Bed was fine. Had a good sleep. The room and especially the bathroom, is just tired and needing some tlc. I have never been in a hotel bathroom that has pedestal sink. There is no where to hang things, no where to put toiletries. The blow dryer was very wimpy and covered in dust. The shower had a low wee sill along bottom edge and a shower curtain, which is suspect , would leak water. The crowning glory for me was the clump of blondish hair on the wall in shower. I chose...

“I walked into the bathroom and noticed that water was seeping through the cracks in the floors. Not sure where the water came from but I'm hoping it wasn't the toilet.”

“What makes this property special are Elsa and Brian who made a personal effort to provide good service. From helping with the door key, to carrying luggage and providing room service for dinner they went the extra mile and it makes a difference. The room and bathroom were very clean. Good value for money. The property is not fancy but I’m very glad we chose it as it was a positive rather than neutral experience on our journey.”

“I've stayed in two different rooms this week. First one was #6. Seemed clean. Did not use the shower. Hand soap was nice and moisturized. Second time I stayed in room 8, seemed clean until I went to shower. No fan in the bathroom, towels smelled kind of like wet dog? When I had the shower running, it smelled like ammonia, not pleasant.
