“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“Louie greeted me upon my arrival and gave me a rundown of the property. He was friendly and answered all my questions. He even showed me so much of his art collection! Louie is a wonderful host. I would've loved to talk to him more. I only stayed one night since I was just passing through Akron. I have added The Berrodin Bed & Breakfast to my list of good stops!!”

“If I had known this was a Super 8 hotel, I never would've stayed here. Other family members checked in before we did and told us they had to change rooms due to mold in the bathtub. First thing we checked was our bathtub and found mold as well. Immediately went down and asked to change rooms. We received an apology but was also asked if we touched anything. You should be more concerned about a health hazard such as mold and not if we touched anything. Was told the only room left was an adjoining...

“Hotel was clean but the smell in our room was horrible. I bought Lysol but it didn’t help. Asked if I could change rooms but they were fully booked. Next day asked if they could possibly change the air filter and front desk said they would send maintenance up but never did. Carpet was stained and beds were very worn and squeaky. The didn’t clean our room next day so I just asked for clean towels and housekeeper said he would bring some up also never did. Staff was nice but would not recommend.”
