“Clean room. Friendly staff. ”

“Not even cleaning my room towels weren’t changed and garbage cans were not cleaned. My deposit is still not returned from my account & they have been sent back to my account during check out time but as of now nothing in my account.”

“Hot tub and pool were not working Parking lot not feeling to safe Only had my room cleaned once. The toilet was broken, the shower wasn't working, and there was no hot water for a long time. The day my room got cleaned, someone put the lock latch on, but no one knew what to do. The so-called Managar didn't do much got me a skrew driver and it took me a hour and a half before I finally got in my room not impressed with the hotel and then they had no coffee in the morning ”

“No one was on site when we arrived. Gave us an unacceptable room. Restaurant on site was closed. Complained about Hotel.com. Said he didn’t have time to confirm with Hotels.com, and we wouldn’t be charged because he couldn’t accommodate us. Still checking on that.”

“This property was completely under renovation. The staff was absolutely tremendous and made accommodations for me at a different hotel. However pool/ hot tub and breakfast were out of commission… they were charging there normal rate, ”
