“We had the most wonderful stay in this apartment during our ski weekend in Andermatt — it truly exceeded all our expectations. The location is an absolute 10/10, perfect for getting to the slopes (Gütsch Gondola right in front of the accommodation) and enjoying everything the area has to offer. The apartment itself was spotless, the rooms were cozy, and the beds were incredibly comfortable after long days in the snow.

“Sehr freundlicher Hotelleiter. Einfache, saubere Zimmer mit allem vorhanden, was nötig ist. Hervorragendes Frühstück; dabei ist der Kaffee besonders hervorzuheben. Mittag- oder Nachtessen kann nicht beurteilt werden, da nicht eingenommen. Umgebung in den Bergen hervorragend. Ruhige Lage, trotz Strassenanbindung - wenig Verkehr, guter Schallschutz (Fenster).”

“Nettes, rustikales Zimmer. Aber...!
Kompliziertes self-checkin. Der Eigentümer hat den Überblick nicht, wer, was, wann bezahlt hat. Trotz 12 Std. Vorauszahlung erhielt ich den Code für den Schlüsseltresor nicht und musste umständlich telefonisch nachfragen. Dafür kamen im Anschluss immer wieder unnötige Nachrichten vom Eigentümer. Das Zimmer ist zwar nett, aber die Decke sehr tief. Wer grösser als 180 cm ist, kann nicht gerade stehen. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher um löslichen Kaffee zu...
