About this accommodation

The holiday home Lote 27, equipped for 4 people, is located above the charming village square in the heart of the old village center of Ferragudo. Ferragudo beach is just 700 meters away.

The house features an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and a spacious living room. There is also a large and a small bathroom. Behind the house, a small garden with a terrace invites you to relax and unwind. Public parking is available.

Other important information
A tourist tax is levied in the Algarve. This is not included in the rental price and must be paid on-site to the property manager. The maximum tax is €2 per person per day. Children up to 12 years of age are exempt.

For registration, we require the passport number, name, address, country, and date of birth of all guests.

From November to March, electricity consumption will be charged separately. (Currently €0.30/kWh)

We provide free Wi-Fi. However, availability and speed cannot be guaranteed due to data volume, location, and network load.

The house caters primarily to German-speaking guests. Therefore, the television programming is mostly in German.

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und einen unvergesslichen Urlaub verbracht. Die Lage ist einfach toll - zu Fuß erreichbar sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Strand.Das Haus selbst ist funktional eingerichtet und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, was uns das Kochen und Essen sehr erleichtert hat. Der Garten mit Terrasse ist ein Highlight - wir haben viele schöne Stunden dort verbracht und konnten uns auch gut ausruhen.Wir würden das Ferienhaus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!Vielen Dank für Ihre Gastfreundschaft!

Casa confortable

La casa está bastante bien, es amplia y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar para unas felices vacaciones, amplio menaje de cocina, toallas y sábanas numerosas, se aparca fácilmente cerca. Pero lo mejor el patio, fantástico para desayunar y cenar fresquito, toda una delicia. Recibimiento con botella de vino y frutas de la zona. Muchas gracias por todo. Lo hemos pasado genial!!

Hervorragende Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche . Bequeme Betten und Matratzen .Gute Lage .Leider befindet sich der Garten im Winter im Schatten .Wir durften die sonnige Dachterrasse des Nachhauses mitbenutzen. Die heizöfchen waren sehr hilfreich .

Urlaub an der Algarve

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub an der Algarve, nicht zuletzt auch, weil wir uns in dem Haus rundherum wohl gefühlt haben. Morgens und abends konnten wir unsere Mahlzeiten gemütlich auf der Terasse in dem kleinen Garten einnehmen und dort entspannte Zeit verbringen.. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt und wir haben nichts zu beanstanden. Uwe war supernett, hat uns sogar einen Empfang mit Wein und Obst bereitet. Er war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns supertolle Ausflugstipps gegeben. Ferragudo ist ein super Ausgangspunkt, um die Gegend zu erkunden, nicht zu klein und nicht zu groß und von den Orten, die wir erkundschaftet haben , wirklich der Schönste. Strand und Dorfmitte sind von der Unterkunft fußläufig in wenigen Minuten gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub, leider viel zu kurz. Bestimmt kommen wir wieder und gerne wieder in dieses Haus. Klare Weiterempfehlung von uns

Very relaxed and pleasant area

Property was nice with good rooms and private patio. Only drawback was that it was cold and the portable heaters were insufficient to provide a temperature reaching 18 degrees C. They also added electricity cost of about 40 Euros per week. We booked for March which this year was too early.

Schönes Feriendomizil

Unsere Woche in Ferragudo war in der casa Hoehle sehr schön. Alles was man brauchte war vorhanden. Das Haus war genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und dafür sehr ruhig. Man ist in wenigen Minuten im Ortskern und in ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg am Strand. Auch Parkplätze hinter dem Haus waren immer vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwaltee vor Ort lief auch super. Er antworte immer sehr schnell. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen

Sommerferien

Die Unterkunft in Ferragudo hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause und konnten uns nach den Ausflügen in die Umgebung jederzeit im Garten oder den gemütlichen Zimmern ausruhen. Das Dorf mit seinen verwinkelten Gässchen und steilen Treppen hat viel Charme und der Strand liegt in Spazierdistanz. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Lovely, authentic property.

A beautiful traditional house in a lovely setting. The house was simply furnished, in keeping with the character, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, close to beaches and the Town Square, but was at the top of very steep hills in all directions. These are not for the faint-hearted and certainly not for anyone with limited mobility. A car is not essential but larger supermarkets and some of the beaches are not within walking distance, fortunately Uber are cheap and super efficient in the village. Satellite television is advertised, but fails to mention that every single channel is in German. The small garden is a delight and would be a lovely, tranquil oasis if major building works weren't directly opposite, obviously this is a temporary situation. Communication with the owner, and Uwe in Ferragudo, was excellent throughout and Uwe was kind enough to greet us with wine and fruit on arrival which was much appreciated. Overall a lovely property in an excellent location which offers excellent value for money.

Erholsame Tage

Für mich war der Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus ideal. Sowohl die Ortsmitte als auch die Strände (mit tollem Küstenwanderweg, wenn man die faszinierende Umgebung noch weiter erkunden will) sind unmittelbar zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem, was man brauchen kann. Die Nächte waren (sogar bei offenem Fenster) absolut still und auch tags war es (im November) schön ruhig. Der Kaminofen wärmte abends das Haus und schaffte eine behagliche Atmosphäre. Ich mag den portugisischen Flair und das Eingebundensein des Hauses in die originale Dorfumgebung. Für mich war die Zeit in der 'Casa Hoehle' in Ferragudo sehr erholsam. Zu erwähnen ist auch die kompetente und freundliche Beratung durch den Hausverwalter!

gemütliches kleines Haus in der Altstadt von Ferragudo

uns haben die 2 Wochen sehr gefallen. Der Standard ist sehr einfach, aber ausreichend. Wir waren froh mit dem kleinen Garten, der eine Alternative bietet, wenn man mal keine Lust hat, unterwegs zu sein. Es ist ruhig und die Lage ist optimal, um diesen kleine Fischerort mit Umgebung kennen zu lernen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Wohlfühlwohnung in der Altstadt

Wir haben relativ spontan gebucht und hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner, somit ist die Anreise und der Aufenthalt reibungslos abgelaufen. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Da es ein altes Haus in der Altstadt ist hat man direkt um sich herum die schönsten Gassen und die wundervollen typischen portugiesischen Häuser. Da zur Zeit nicht viele Touristen dort sind konnten wir uns einen Einblick in das Leben und schaffen der Einheimischen verschaffen, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Der Umgang mit dem Virus wird dort gut gehandhabt, was auch aus der Zahl der Fälle mit covid 19 zu schließen ist. Leider gab es in der Wohnung durch die vielen Bauarbeiten öfters Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck, wodurch ab und zu nicht warm geduscht werden konnte und die Toilettenspülung nicht funktionierte. Ansonsten waren wir super zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Alles was man Braut ist vorhanden. Handtücher, allerlei Küchenutensilien Handseife, Ventilator und und und. Man merkt einfach, dass alles gut durchdacht ist. Da die Nachbar Wohnung, welche auch dem gebucht werden kann nicht besucht war, durften wir die Dachterrasse mit nutzen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und uns auch immer gut versorgt gefühlt, da wir Vorort den lieben Uwe als Ansprechpartner hatten. Danke für den schönen Urlaub und liebe Grüße aus Berlin
