Appartamento in affitto a Carvoeiro, vicino al Centro Città:
Situato in una casa privata divisa in due appartamenti.
Situato in posizione ideale, zona tranquilla, vicino al mare, con una splendida vista sull'oceano.
Situato a 50 metri dalla spiaggia del paradiso, e 500 metri dal pittoresco Carvoeiro.
L'appartamento è completamente attrezzato ed è composto da 1 camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, bagno, cucina, soggiorno con divano letto, terrazzo privato con tavolo e sedie, parcheggio privato
Pulizia e cambio biancheria una volta alla settimana.

Se necessario anche organizzare il trasferimento da / per l'aeroporto di Faro. Secondo una società specializzata.

Fewo mit tollem Meerblick

Wir haben im Juli/August 2 Wochen zu dritt in dieser Fewo verbracht. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das Meer und die umliegenden Häuser ist fast nicht mehr zu überbieten. Die Terrasse allerdings könnte einen Sichtschutz zu der Straße und den gegenüberliegenden Häusern vertragen, man fühlt sich leider schon wie auf dem Präsentierteller. Auch einige Pflanzkübel wären nicht schlecht und würden die grosse Terrasse gemütlicher machen. Die Fewo an sich war sauber, im Bad leider nur ein Duschvorhang und eine Anti-Rutschmatte in der Dusche, die schon die besten Zeiten hinter sich hatten. Die Einrichtung ist alt, aber funktionstüchtig. Geschirr und Besteck in der Küche könnte in grösserer Menge vorhanden sein, aber so wird man gezwungen direkt nach jedem Essen zu spülen. Grosser Pluspunkt ist das Wechseln der Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Und wenn nötig, gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die man ohne zusätzliche Kosten nutzen kann. Die Kommunikation vor dem Urlaub mit Helena hat wunderbar geklappt. Gina, die Mutter von Helena und eigentliche Vermieterin spricht leider kaum englisch, aber mit Händen und Füßen konnte man sich einigermaßen verständigen. Zur Not gibt es eine Telefonnummer von Helena. In der Hauptsaison sind alle Objekte um diese Fewo ebenfalls vermietet und wir hatten das Pech, dass die Nachbarn, auch Feriengäste wie wir, bis in den Morgenstunden sehr laut waren und Partys feierten. Da hat man trotz Beschwerde kaum Ruhe gefunden. Das war vlt Zufall, aber für rücksichtslose Nachbarn kann die Fewo ja nichts. Das Haus ansich ist auch sehr hellhörig und wir waren froh, dass die beiden anderen Parteien sich bemühten ruhig zu sein. In der ersten Zeit war es sehr heiß und nachts sehr stickig. Leider gab es keine Ventilatoren und trotz Nachfrage hat uns Gina keine zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen, ohne Besuch von Moskitos zu bekommen. Es gab zwar Fliegengitter an den Fensterläden, aber die Luft konnte nicht durchströmen. Später war es nicht mehr so heiss und das liess sich aushalten. Alles in allem haben wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Portugal verbracht. Die Wohnung liegt für alle weiteren Aktivitätenin in östliche oder westliche Richtung und in die Berge ideal. Der Ort Carvoeiro ist ein netter Ferienort mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Resümierend lässt sich sagen, dass ich sehr kritisch gegenüber Fewos bin und schon viel Erfahrungen gesammelt habe. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist optimal.

Home away from home

Lovely apartment with beautiful views from the sun terrace. Had a lovely 5 days here. Gina was there to meet us and was very helpful. We had been staying in hotels for the previous 2 weeks and having the space was wonderful. It was also great to be able to do some washing We come to Carvoeiro regularly but had never stayed this side of the village before. The walk down the hill into the square is relatively easy and worth it for the view of the beach on the way down and the great bars and restaurants when you get there. There are also restaurants close by but we did not try these on this visit. Would recommend this apartment for its lovely views and homely feel and the very lovely Gina.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir verbrachten fast 3 wunderschöne Wochen Urlaub. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ,als wie auch von der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Servis klappte gut. Im Bad hätten wir gerne eine Duschwand gehabt ,an stelle eines Vorhangs, aber das war ein ganz kleiner Punkt nur. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit unseren Urlaub dort wieder verbringen. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz , aber steil. Algarve eben.

Perfekte ruhige Lage, kein Massentourismus, direkt an der Bucht

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Eigener Parkplatz, toller Blick aufs Meer, sehr große Terrasse und auch die Wohnung mit portugiesischen Charme ist wie beschrieben. Gina hat uns, trotz Verspätung, sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für 2 Leute, aber auch zu dritt oder vier kann man dort gut wohnen. Es ist alles was man benötigt da, sogar sehr schnelles Internet. Was jedoch Wünschenswert gewesen wäre ist eine Spülmaschine. Im Urlaub möchte man nicht gern abwaschen😉 aber es gibt schlimmeres. Leider war es abends / nachts im Treppenhaus immer mal etwas laut, aber das kann man nicht beeinflussen, weil nicht jeder Rücksicht nimmt. Als Tipp: die Lampe in der Küche wirkt nicht gemütlich, weil das Licht sehr kalt war. Das könnte man vielleicht verbessern. Auch wäre ein geschlossener Aschenbecher besser. Man hatte immer ein schlechtes Gefühl wenn die Asche auf Grund der Meeresbrise auf der Terrasse rum flog. Sonst gibt es nichts was störend war oder man verbessern könnte. Gina und Helena waren vor dem Aufenthalt und auch vor Ort immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich - dafür möchten wir uns bedanken. Alles in allem ist es eine perfekte Wohung mit einer perfekten Lage für alle die die Algarve weg vom Massentourismus genießen wollen. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Im Dorf gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten gut zu essen und auch die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Mietwagen in andere Städte , Buchten, Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten ist sehr gut. Wenn wir wieder einmal in Portugal Urlaub machen wollen, würden wir wieder kommen! Es Grüßt aus Deutschland, Marco und Tino.

Outstanding and spacious apartment in an amazing location.

Helena’s apartment was a perfect spot for my wife and I during a 3-day stay in Carvoeiro! It was spacious and had everything we needed, including a nice-sized kitchen that allowed us to cook some meals there when we weren’t enjoying one of the great restaurants within a short walk. The house is just up the hill from the beach and center of town. Helena was a wonderful host and her mother, Gina, met us upon our arrival to provide the key and basic information and was extremely and helpful. The patio was a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee or tea and a glass of wine or two in the afternoon or evening. We even had a place in the driveway to park our rental car! The only issue we had was finding the apartment without an actual house number and that was only a minor inconvenience. Apple and Google maps were no help because of that. It’s across the street from Estrella do Paraiso 78 and next door to Mar d’Fora, a popular restaurant. We only had two people but it could easily accommodate four with two in the bedroom and two more in the living room. I highly recommend staying at Helena’s apartment if you’re visiting Carvoeiro.

Absolutely spotlessly clean with fabulous views

This place is much closer to the main village than it appears on the pictures, literally less than a ten minute walk.Helena arranged our transfers to and from the airport and stayed up late to meet us, nothing was too much trouble. We had our own private terrace with sun all day long , everything in the Appartment you could possibly need, a very homely place with a gorgeous garden that enhanced the fabulous views. We were able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the village and beach but in less than 10 mins be ‘home’ to our own private and peaceful haven .

The property is amazing - everything you could ask for! Fabulous views, easy walk to town but still private, super clean and just perfect. Also very accommodating as we had to arrive late one night and leave early another morning - no issues with any of that. I hope I get to come back here!

Emplacement magnifique avec vue sur océan

Appartement très bien situé , le village est accessible à pied. GrandetTerrase très agréable . appartement très propre et bien équipé, un peu frais en avril mais Gina nous a proposé un petit chauffage d'appoint. Communication difficle car Gina ne parle pas anglais. la localisation est peu précise et nous avons tourné un peu avant de trouver. Impression générale très positive , nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Good spot with great views

Compact and perfectly adequate apartment. A 10 minute walk downhill to the centre of Carveirio with its many restaurants, shops and lovely beach. Owners are friendly (they had to fix the shower which they did quickly). Apartment has lovely veranda where you can watch the sun go down. No AC however good kitchen and lounge space(2nd bedroom would be lounge).

Tolle Wohnung mit herrlichem Ausblick

Wir haben 2 Wochen in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht und es war alles da, was man brauchte. Die Aussicht war einfach fantastisch, kurze Wege zum Strand und in den Ortskern. Trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Es war alles perfekt organisiert, hier noch mal vielen Dank und herzliche Grüße an Gina. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Amazing location and view

The location of this apartment is far better than it looks in the photos. Being from the US, we had very little knowledge about the Algarve coast, but got lucky with this stay. The small beach town has several pretty beaches that were busy but not overcrowded as were others we visited. Carvioera is completely walkable and the location of this apartment on the highest street toward the cliffs gives it an amazing ocean view, but easy walking distance to the cute town with many shops, restaurants, and sandy beach surrounded by cliffs. The apartment was clean and the owner very responsive. for the price, it is fabulous. If you plan to cook some, as we did, the kitchen is very adequate but no spices, oil, plastic wrap, that type of thing. Bring all items /groceries needed for what you plan to cook. Eating on the terrace in the morning & evening is perfect! If the weather is hot, you may need to ask for a fan in the bedroom, as there are a few mosquitos and window screen openings are too small to catch the breeze. Otherwise perfect.

Cómoda y bien ubicada

Nos hemos sentido muy cómodos. La casa estaba bien acondicionada y limpia. La ubicación es fantástica, sobre la preciosa playa Paraíso en Carvoeiro, en un punto adecuado para recorrer los encantos del Algarve.
