  • Situato a pochi passi dal centro di Carvoeiro, questa villa recentemente convertita è davvero la location ideale. Un tempo cottage di pescatori, la casa è stata trasformata in un arredamento moderno pur mantenendo caratteristiche originali come travi in legno e finestre a oblò. Ci sono tre camere da letto, due con splendide viste sul mare e tutte con bagno privato. L'area lounge ha anche una splendida vista sul mare e si apre su una favolosa cucina completamente attrezzata e zona pranzo completa di elettrodomestici SMEG. C'è anche un servizio di WC.

    Le porte del patio conducono ad un patio nel cortile con cucina esterna, sala da pranzo e zona barbecue. Una piccola rampa di scale porta al giardino e alla piscina privata riscaldata, attrezzata con lettini e ombrelloni. Questo è un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi godendosi la vista sul mare. Nella parte anteriore della casa è un'ulteriore terrazza con divano e tavolo da pranzo. La struttura offre un garage privato.

    Casa Magnolia è stata trasformata in una proprietà spettacolare, arredata secondo i più alti standard e offre tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno e altro ancora. Lo spazio, la luce, le decorazioni e le funzionalità sono garantite per il tuo piacere!

We had a fantastic stay at Katherine's property. The location and views are hard to beat. The villa was clean, well appointed and very conveniently located. We stayed in late April and elected to have the pool heated which was is recommended if you stay in the cooler months - it was a perfect temp and the pool and pool area were great. Katherine was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. We would highly recommend the property.

We enjoyed a wonderful break at Villa Magnólia. Everything was exactly as described inside with a lovely pool and plenty of seating areas to make the most of the day(and a nice touch of Rituals toileteries). Lovely and peaceful at the cliff top, 5mins walk down to the beautiful beach. It's easy to walk down to the restaurants and 5mins further up the hill to see the sun set. We contacted Katharine a couple of times and were very happy with her responsiveness. It's a stunning location and would definitely recommend at stay.

Family trip of a lifetime!

We stayed in Casa Magnolia with my husband, mother, sister, brother and sister-in-law and had the best trip! The house was incredible and the location is even better. We walked down into the village every day. The beach was lovely, the food was incredible and the entire trip was amazing! We loved everything about the house and the location!

Perfect location for our time in the Algarve. It's a beautiful house with beautiful surroundings. Tons of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. A great jumping off point for exploring (hiking, visiting other towns, etc.). Check in was a breeze and communication was always fast and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great house and great location. The pool heater is a heat pump so it will take a day to warm the pool. You will want to have it turned on early. Other than that, great rental.

Magnificent property in a great location. House setup was perfect for our group. A few minor inconveniences resulted in less than full stars for us. Most important was the fact that only the bedrooms are air conditioned. In the evenings you can’t leave the doors open as bugs and stray cats wander in. Very uncomfortable for our group to make an evening snack or watch TV together. The showers had no place to put even a bar of soap, everything had to be on floor. House directions in general could be more complete. For example, instead of a nasty sign saying removing the garbage is not the maid’s job, perhaps you could provide directions on what to do with the garbage! Some tables by the pool would be nice. The paths up to the pool are very hard to walk on as your feet sink into the large rocks. Lovely and amazing home just a few tweaks could make it perfect.

Absolutely stunning house and very private pool area, which the kids loved in April! 5 mins max walk down the hill and you’re in the centre of town with some nice bars and restaurants. 34 stunning beeches in walkable distance. Beautiful cove 2 mins from the house which we had to ourselves for the majority of the time! House wise, it’s beautifully done and tastefully furnished, to a very high quality. Would definitely recommend.

I would recommend this villa if you want an amazing view, quiet town with great restaurants with access to all that the Algarve has to offer. We loved Carvoiero. It is small family oriented place. There are lots of excellent walkable restaurants that make the stroll home afterwards safe and pleasant. The villa is just like the photos. It is very well laid out and maintained. We would definitely come back to this location. Thanks Paul

Beautiful property.

Location. Property. All of it. I would have been much more comfortable with earlier communication. Instructions did not come to me until 2 days prior to arrival. If I had a timeline with expectation for that, it would have been helpful. I was already in the country and did not know if I would be able to access the property It worked out. The place is fabulous!!!

This family of 4 adults loved the peace and luxury of this well-appointed home on the hill. Everything from the layout, stunning views, variety of seating spaces, comfortable beds, spacious closets / sleeping / bathroom spaces, gorgeous swimming pool, friendly and attentive Elite staff, and nearby location to Carvoeiro will have us return in a heartbeat. Any question or issue we initially encountered, was swiftly addressed by wonderful Elite staff including Mariana, Antonio, and Kate. Fantastic option in the Algarve

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in the first week of Oct 2024. The house location, amenities and proximity to the local area was just brilliant. The rooms were all very comfortable for all three couples and having access to the lovely pool area and garden an additional highlight. Thanks for making our trip one we will remember forever. Elite staff were helpful in assisting us accommodate luggage after check out whilst we waited for late afternoon flights from Faro too which we were grateful for. A couple more pantry staples like salt and pepper, some coffee pods etc to get things started etc would have been appreciated. We did find the cupboard space available for the two smaller bedrooms a little challenging to utilise - more hanging space would have been useful. Some shelves in the bathroom would have also been useful as there wasn't really anywhere to put toiletries other than a small shelf under the sink. Small details but immensely helpful for travellers.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Absolutely fabulous Villa, stunning views and all within walking distance to restaurants and shops (albeit a steep hill). The area is exceptionally beautiful and friendly and really would struggle not to recommend. Early check in facilitated, responsive service and a big shout out to the cleaning service - full clean after one week and towels changed mid-week. The Villa is very well appointed with everything you could possibly need with high quality appliances. Three really spacious bedrooms, all en-suite, and the outside space is spectacular with a front terrace, back terrace and upstairs pool area. Didn’t feel any need to heat pool - very warm if you cover when not in use - which also helps to reduce debris in pool. One slight downside - Wi-Fi patchy - but to be fair didn’t really need it as weather beautiful and seldom inside. All in all a lovely space, photos don’t actually do justice, can safely say, I loved this trip.

Good stay

Stunning views Great location Outside space facilities Pool Bed comfort Very clean Spacious for 3 adults though expensive. Number of toilets/showers. SMEG appliances and kitchen/dining facilities. Garden/greenery/flowers/plants/ trees. Peaceful, quiet. Arrival arrangements (low key lock box in very dark area, difficult to see/operate when arriving at night wifi password not given in advance and not obvious it is on the back of a small wooden plate with router saying different password so unable to access property information for over an hour after we had searched everywhere). Provide Aircon in living area. Bedroom doors sticking unless you pool handle to the max. Small pool perimeter tile missing which could cause injury. Provide proper pool/beach towels. Quality of paid for food pack. Also I asked for cheese instead of sugar as I am a vegetarian, did not eat meat and this did not happen, sugar not used and left. Warn clients about the road up to the villa if walking- heavy traffic on narrow road and part of road no small pavement. No fault of the villa but lots of graffiti around it which lowers the tone of the lovely villa and town.
