Quinta da Saudade is a marvellous villa located in a quiet area within a short drive from the famous tourist destination, Carvoeiro. The property comes with 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, equipped with modern and retro furniture and air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern cabinets and appliances, as the living and dining area showcase space, comfort, a fireplace, and a large Smart TV. The exterior, equally spacious, highlights a large leisure area with a private heated swimming pool 9 m x 4 m, table tennis, basketball basket, darts, 3 bicycles, and an archery target. There is also an outdoor dining area, masonry barbecue. The villa is pet-friendly and accepts groups of youngsters.

The water slide park is 2 km from the property and Carvoeiro with its lively touristic environment and the amazing beach at 6 km.

Twenty years ago, Carvoeiro was a small fisherman village, but over the years developed into one of the most attractive holiday areas in Algarve.

The town grew through investment and organized development, allowing villas, holiday resorts, hotels as well as golf resorts to be settled around it.

The coastline, its cliffs and coves are amongst the most beautiful in Algarve.

There is the possibility to enjoy the coast from the sea with boat excursions from Portimão´s harbour and visit the century-old caves.

Going inland you will find the Monchique and Foia mountains with its highest point standing at more than 900 m high.

In the town itself everything necessary can be found, such as banks, post office, doctors who can speak English and a big selection of restaurants bars and shops.

The most beautiful golf courses, equitation centres, tennis facilities, water parks, zoomarine and a large variety of water sports can also be found in the proximity.
