The bright open plan living, dining and kitchen area opens through large sliding glass doors onto a secluded private courtyard centred around a mature olive tree, with outdoor dining, barbecue and outdoor shower.



The cottage sleeps up to four. Above the living area is a charming mezzanine sleeping loft with a queen size bed and lower ceiling height in parts. On the ground floor, a separate walk through bedroom with two single bunk beds makes the cottage particularly well suited to families with children. The spacious modern bathroom is accessed through this room.



The cottage has air conditioning, a fireplace, high speed WiFi up to 120 Mbps, cable TV, a Nespresso coffee machine and high quality Smeg appliances.



Quintal da Oliveira sits close to the main road into Carvoeiro in the traditional village style. Traffic is generally slow moving, the cottage has double glazed windows, and the private rear courtyard provides a peaceful outdoor space away from the street.



There is no private parking, but with the beach, restaurants, cafés and shops all within easy walking distance, Carvoeiro can be enjoyed without needing to drive.
