Villa San Juan is a wonderful 4-bedroom holiday home in a quiet residential location near the centre of Carvoeiro. The property has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. On the first floor is 1 double bedroom and a separate bathroom, as well as fitted wardrobes and a wonderful terrace. On the ground floor there are 2 more double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), 1 triple bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest W.C.
The ground floor also houses the living areas with a separate kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances you may need during your holiday (including an oven, electric hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast table and laundry facilities), and a spacious and comfortable living/dining room, with direct access to the relaxing outdoor area. Outside you can enjoy sunbathing on the sunbeds and refreshing dips in the private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra), delighting both children and adults.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year:
From November 1st to March 31st: €1 per person per night.
From April 1st to October 31st, 2024: €2 per person per night.
This tax is applicable only to guests aged 13 or older, for a maximum period of 7 consecutive nights.
