Fantastic apartment with direct sea access

The Club Nautilus Felipe flat is located in a beautiful complex on the outskirts of Armação de Pera, directly by the sea. It is on the first floor and from the balcony, living room and kitchen you have a beautiful sea view.

Through the well-kept park you come directly to the most beautiful sandy beaches of the Algarve. From your terrace you can enjoy the unique sunsets of the Algarve. The flat is modernly equipped. The newly renovated bathroom has a barrier-free shower.

Like many of our flats, this one also has satellite TV with all free German-language channels and MEO TV (200 Portuguese channels, series and films partly in the original English language) and fast fibre-optic Internet.

The rooms also have air conditioning. The pool is located in the inner courtyard of the complex ( with sun loungers ).

The flat comprises 1 bedroom, 1 sleeping alcove, 1 living room with 2 sofa beds for 2 persons, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom.

The flat is suitable for max. 2 adults and 2 children.

You can reach the pedestrian zone and the beach promenade of Armação de Pêra in 2 minutes on foot, where a variety of different shops, restaurants and bars invite you to shop and dine.

Das Appartement ist klein, aber es hat alles, was es braucht, um einen tollen Urlaub an der Algarve zu verbringen. Es wird sich sofort um einen gekümmert und alle Fragen werden sofort per WhatsApp problemlos beantwortet! Toller Service!

Traumhafte Algarve-Location

- Perfekte Lage: in einer gepflegten ruhigen Appartment-Anlage mit wunderschönen Blumen und Grünanlage, 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand, 1 min zum Gemeinschaftspool, 2-5 min mit dem Auto zu verschiedenen Supermärkten, 10 min zu Fuß zur Strandpromenade mit Läden, Restaurants und Bars - der Ort Armacao de Pera ist genau in der Mitte der Algarve-Küste gelegen: ca. 15 min mit dem Auto zur berühmten Felsengrotte von Benagil, zur äußersten Westspitze (letzte Bratwurst vor Amerika) und im Osten zur spanischen Grenze sind es jeweils nur ca. 1 Std. Autofahrt - Freundliche, hilfsbereite, unkomplizierte deutschsprachige Vermieter: haben uns alle Fragen geduldig beantwortet und einen guten Mietwagen organisiert - sehr schöne saubere Wohnung mit herrlichem Meerblick vom Balkon, WLAN (etwas schwach und tagsüber manchmal kurz ganz weg), Fernseher, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine+Trockner, Backofen, Mikrowelle usw., perfekt für 2-3 Personen, die 4. Person schläft auf einem der beiden Schlafsofas im Wohn-Esszimmer nicht ganz so bequem - nur vier (statt fünf) Sterne für die Beschreibung im Online-Inserat, weil uns daraus der genaue Ort und die Bettenaufteilung in der Wohnung nicht so ganz klar geworden waren

Supero nuestras expectativas

Nos encantó en cuanto lo vimos en el anuncio, pensamos que iba a cubrir nuestras expectativas pero lo superó con creces. Era lo que llevábamos buscando desde hacia tiempo. El apartamento tiene una vistas maravillosas, es un lugar bonito, tranquilo y muy acogedor. Limpio y muy completo. La urbanización tiene un jardín precioso que siempre están cuidando con un camino muy agradable para acceder a los apartamentos. Hay una salida directa a la playa con una bajada muy cómoda y también lleva a a un paseo impresionante por los acantilados. La atención de Elisabeth fue de primera. Es un lugar perfecto para quien busque tranquilidad y a la vez está en el centro del Algarve por lo que se llega muy bien a todos los pueblos de alrededor. Nos ha encantado y nos gustaría volver pronto. Totalmente recomendable. No podemos poner ningúna pega. Todo perfecto.

THE MOST COMFORTABLE ALGARVE HOLIDAY

It was fantastic location location location was worth 10 times the price no exaggeration , the property had everything , all you had to do was a small 55 euro shopping for 7 days. it was clean , car parking was brill we had a 25,000 car from avis . ( 1 Downside was the car was covered in sand due too being 40 meters from the beach. ) THIS WILL ALWAYS BE A GOOD MEMORY HOME. THANKYOU SO MUCH.

Location! Location! Location!

Condo was wonderful! All of the amenities to make us feel at home! Location was amazing! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the sea. The Promenade was within a 5 minute walk and had wonderful restaurants and bistros. The only thing we didn’t realize is that we had to pay for electricity. However, I noted it is now noted in the pricing Details. Overall great stay and worth the cost.

Wir haben es genossen!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Apartment sehr genossen und es ist wirklich ein super Unterkunft und Gastgeber/Vermieter top bemüht. Kleinigkeiten, die man verbessern könnte wie zB die Küche mit Müllsäcken und das Klo mit Klopapier ausstatten, ist v.a. bei Kurzaufenthalten angenehm nicht extra dafür shoppen gehen zu müssen. Und einen Badevorhang, der nicht das gesamte Bad nass werden lässt beim Duschen. Feine Terrasse, gemütliches Wohnzimmer, geräumige Küche, angenehmes Schlafzimmer, ruhige Anlage, praktisch ein Garagenparkplatz, Pool in der Anlage war sehr praktisch und generell die Apartment Anlage sehr gepflegt und Toplage. Auch die Nähe zum Zentrum und Strand sehr gut. Empfehlenswert!

Appartement très bien situé. Il se trouve à proximité de tout.

La propriété est très calme et très bien entretenue. L'appartement est spacieux. Les hôtes sont très chaleureux et réactifs. Dommage qu'il y ait toujours trop de monde dans la piscine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour...nous reviendrons.

Das Objekt hat eine super Lage in einer tollen Anlage. Kurze Wege zum Meer ,zu Restaurants , zum Einkaufen und vieles mehr. Die Kontakte zum Vermieter sind unkompliziert und jederzeit möglich. Es ist einfach Urlaub ohne Stress. Wer etwas mehr unternehmen möchte, sollte sich vorher ein Auto über billiger Mietwagen.de buchen und die nähere Umgebung erforschen.

Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr freundlich willkommen geheißen und uns wurde die gesamte Ausstattung - nicht nur in der Wohnung - sondern auch in der Anlage gezeigt. Wir haben die Wohnung SEHR sauber und SEHR gut ausgestattet vorgefunden. Der wunderschön gepflegte Garten und der direkte Strandzugang sind nur zwei der Highlights. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist, zu jeder Tageszeit, unbezahlbar schön. Die Vermieter stehen jederzeit mit guten Tipps und Empfehlungen (Gastronomie, Autovermietung, Sehenswürdigkeiten, etc.) zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner, sehr erholsamer Urlaub, der unsere Erwartungen mehr als nur erfüllt hat. Nochmal ein großes Dankeschön an unsere liebenswerten Gastgeber. Wir kommen AUF JEDEN FALL wieder!

Bel appartement très bien équipé et bien placé

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cet appartement. Il est très bien placé : plage à côté, dans une jolie résidence très calme, pas loin du centre d’Armaçao de Pera et au centre de toutes les visites à faire. Il est très bien équipé : garage, cuisine toute équipée, balcon avec store, 2 canapés-lits, 1 lit 1 place, 1 chambre à coucher, machine à laver, etc etc ... tout confort. A recommander. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer les loueurs car en vacances eux-mêmes mais tout était très bien organisé pour notre accueil. Un grand merci.

I loved the property from the moment I saw it online and it was even better in reality.

The property was exactly as described. It is fully equipped with everything you could need. There is a fabulous view from the balcony which has sun from early morning. The gardens are beautifully maintained and there is easy access to the beach from them. Restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Karin answered all my pre booking enquiries very promptly and Alexander was very nice and helpful on our arrival. We would definitely recommend this apartment. Jennifer and Pat Ireland.

Beautiful Location and great host!

This apartment is in an amazing location with a beautiful view. Easy walk down to the beach, along the cliffs, and easy to walk to restaurants. The apartment is large with an open and bright floor plan. Alexander was a great host and the breakfast at his bistro was wonderful! We truly enjoyed staying here.
