“The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and clean. There was an elevator in the building. There are just no words to describe how amazing the location is. Two balconies are a huge plus. However, I must admit that not having an air conditioner was a major downside. The fans didn't help when it got too hot at night. We tried opening all the windows, but another surprise awaited us- garbage trucks came in the middle of the night and started loading garbage! This is something I've never seen before....

When we walked in to the unit, the entire unit smelt like cleaning product which lasted over a day and it bothered me a bit. Having working stove, microwave and sink was handy! “This little apartment is perfect for a couple of nights if you’re looking for something simple. The location was great - walking distance from everything. The place was very clean and quiet. The AC worked very well. There is a kitchenette but it’s tiny so I wouldn’t plan to cook any real meals there. The shower head does not hook onto anything so you need to hold it while you shower which is not ideal. We also ran out of toilet paper very quickly and there were no extra rolls. One thing we...

“We had a good stay at Palmares overall. The property itself is gorgeous and our Signature Apartment was a huge highlight — spacious, spotless, well designed and really comfortable. We had a two bedroom and the second bedroom was actually separate from the main apartment, which was great for privacy. The staff was also incredibly kind and helpful. “The apartment is nice and well appointed. The balcony is very large and nice. The only confusion was with the Google coordinates, don’t use them. Instead type the name of the apartment complex. Also, it is considered floor 2, but is actually the top floor or level 3, but the elevator says 2… I don’t know. Maybe the 1st floor is 0 floor. The parking spot was the most challenging aspect. “We really liked the property- it was well equipped- we had to request a heater which was then provided; a warmer quilt would have been nice. We liked the space which is good for 2 people. The view of the beach from the dining area was enjoyed. We would gladly stay there again.”
