This extensive property, set in an area offering peace and tranquility, provides versatile accommodation for a family or group of friends up to a maximum of 10 guests.

The swimming pool is surrounded by terrace with sun loungers and eating areas along with a choice of first floor terraces on three sides of the house. Enjoy some time in the shade by making the most of the deluxe pool table or dart board.

The entrance into the Mira Luz Condominium is through a large automatic gate. Casa N is the first house on the right and has its own private parking area, mature South East facing garden and solar heated swimming pool (temperature depending on the weather conditions).

Main door opens into a spacious entrance hall on the ground floor where you will find 3 double rooms with ensuite, 2 twin rooms and the main bathroom. All rooms are tastefully decorated and furnished. The double rooms have the added bonus of having sliding patio doors to the stunning pool terrace.

Bedroom 1 is a double room with en-suite shower room, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2 is a large double bedroom with en-suite double-shower room, fitted wardrobes, a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 3 is the master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and a corner spa bath, fitted wardrobes and a chest of drawers.

Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Sliding doors open to the back garden/terrace.

Bedroom 5 is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds set together with a double headboard. Fitted wardrobes, a tall chest of drawers and sliding doors opening onto the back terrace.

The main bathroom is located close to Bedroom 5 and offers a full spa bath, toilet and wash basin.

The first floor is accessed by a natural stone staircase that takes you directly into the very spacious, bright and airy family room. This room has a dining area, furnished with a large dining table and chairs plus a china cupboard/bookcase. In the middle of the room is the main fun feature – a large deluxe pool table. There is also a games table and chairs and several games for your entertainment.

The sitting area has 3 comfortable sofas, coffee table and TV unit with HD television with MEO cable channels. Also provided is a DVD player, and a ‘Chromecast’ which allows you to connect your own wireless devices. There is also a music system and a Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen.

In terms of entertainment, apart from the most popular feature – the pool table - there is also a Nintendo Wii with a few games and a darts game in the living room balcony.

This level has its own cloakroom with an additional shower.

The large kitchen with U shape cupboard area and work surface, offers everything you need for your holiday. Fully equipped with electric oven, washing machine, dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a second fridge, ideal for drinks. Double sink with draining area. The kitchen island is equipped with ceramic induced hob and stainless extractor. The space also provides a smaller dining table and chairs if you choose not to enjoy the wonderful outside facilities.

On one side is a storage area with a full complement of cleaning utensils, vacuum cleaner, iron board and iron, Clothes Airer. Exit to the west facing side terrace to catch the last rays of sun.

A further benefit of this extensive kitchen is the east facing terrace, being directly accessed from the kitchen and offering a built-in charcoal BBQ. This terrace offers a sheltered area, perfect for cooking at home with a beautiful view of the landscaped garden and the vista beyond

From the family room, 4 sliding doors open onto a wide covered terrace, with wooden dining table and chairs, overlooking the pool, matured and landscaped garden and with an amazing 150-degree sea view right in front of your eyes. A true wow effect!

On the side is a staircase providing direct access to the veranda and pool terrace below. The veranda has two tables and chairs. The other, larger, sunbathing area is furnished with several sunbeds and two sun umbrellas – one of them in straw shade with wooden pole base.

The amazing kidney shaped infinite pool is heated by solar panels (pool temperature depends of weather condition). The pool area also provides an authentic tiled shower area.
