This does not represent in anyway De Santos Hotel's commitment to delivering exceptional services to our guests. We recently changed 90% of Air conditioners in our rooms and rarely get complaints. And in any case this comes up, and most times due to errors in operating them (for instance pressing the 'heat' button on the remote instead of the 'cool' button), we have very experienced maintenance personnel on ground to handle such. We have a zero tolerance policy on poor services and once established, guests can get full refund for money paid for such services. While we may have missed a few points in making your stay memorable, I totally disagree that our services are terrible! This is not who we are! Thank you.
