The house is two levels.
Upstairs
--3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
Two of the bedrooms have either 2 twin beds/1 king and one of the bedroom has a king bed. All 3 of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and wardrobes. Two have private balconies, one of which has a sea view.
--A large family room where you can watch movies together, play board games, make art or just soak up the sun and enjoy the view. There is a 55 inch HD television with cable, amazon and netflix.

Downstairs
--large fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to make delicious meals with fresh local produce (Lagos has one of the best farmer's markets in the world! And I do not say that lightly)
--dining room with large table with space for up to 14
-- a sofa area with another large 55 inch HD television.

The kitchen is fully equipped and I am a chef so you will find everything you could ever want for cooking and baking, including a food processor, mixers, a blender. gas stove, oven, and all the accessories.

The beds in the house are all fitted with the highest quality mattresses and I buy only top of the line linens and towels (Gato Preto, John Lewis, Linens Etc, Christian Dior)

Princess bedroom: 1 king (180 x 200), ensuite bathroom

OUTSIDE

-- a custom finished stone and tile salt jacuzzi that can fit up to 15 adults can be heated for an extra charge. Ask for current prices.

The lovely salt pool is not heated but perfect temperature to refresh yourself in the heat of summer!

There are two BBQ areas, one uses a gas BBQ and the other is an outdoor BBQ area near the pool that you can use charcoal for or small wood pieces. There is also an outdoor sink and small refrigerator for drinks in this area, which makes eating by the pool easy. There is a shower and toilet just below the pool.

We have a large outdoor dining table that seats 10 and another that seats 6 as well as a sofa area that seats 10. By the pool you have sun chairs and an in-ground trampoline for the kids to expend energy.

Each room has its own AC unit, including the kitchen and downstairs living room as well as the upstairs play room. However, we find that with the windows open you hardly ever even need to use the AC in this area. It's rarely ever too hot inside the house as it is built with stone and designed to keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter. We also put an extra layer of insulation on the outside of the house so the temperature is usually temperate.

You are across the highway from Boavista Golf Course and Praia da Luz beach. Many of the area's great beaches are just a 5 to 10 minute drive. Supermarkets are also very close and the city center of Lagos is 5 minutes away too. The charming town of Burgau is a 15 minute drive and you can reach the west coast and Aljezur in about 30 minutes. Some of the best surfing beaches are very close too.
