“Unfortunately, our most recent stay was extremely disappointing. We have been loyal guests of this property for over 20 years and visit multiple times a year because we have always loved the location and amenities. During this stay, we were unable to use the umbrellas and beach chairs due to the high tide and surf conditions. While we completely understand that weather and ocean conditions are outside of the hotel’s control, what was frustrating was the lack of communication. A simple text or...
