    Questa famosa struttura si trova nella posizione preferita del Laguna Beach Village. Laguna Beach è una comunità sulla spiaggia molto desiderabile e questa proprietà è nella posizione perfetta.     Questa proprietà ha meravigliose viste sull'oceano Whitewater e Catalina Island e si trova nelle immediate vicinanze del centro di Laguna Beach. Questa proprietà è a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dal quartiere dello shopping, dal quartiere dei divertimenti, oltre 100 ristoranti, gelaterie, gallerie d'arte, spettacoli dei maestri e festival d'arte di fama mondiale, musei, ecc. Ecc. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano la piscina condominiale, i campi da tennis e la pista da jogging. La spiaggia più vicina ha un parco giochi, campi da basket, campi da pallavolo e piscine di marea. Il patio esterno coperto è attaccato all'unità, è privato, ha un divano e posti a sedere all'aperto di fascia alta ed è il migliore in California per interni ed esterni.

Terrific location and accommodation with outstanding management

We had a short 3 day stay with rain. This place was a ray of sunshine. Great views and a wonderful location. Hadn't planned on walking everywhere but the location was such that a car was never necessary. Unit has every necessity. The owner could not have been more professional and friendly.

Amazing, relaxing quick getaway for us!

Bob was great to work with, great communication along the way. The location was so close to everything, we loved walking everywhere, felt like we really got the "Laguna Beach experience." Very clean, very cozy, loved the outdoor day bed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing beach getaway!

Perfect Location

I stayed here for 3 nights on a solo vacation and the studio was very charming. The décor was nicely done and the patio with the ocean view was even prettier in person! The neighborhood felt very safe and I didn't worry about leaving the patio doors open all night so I could listen to the ocean. Everything was within walking distance and the locals were very friendly too. Overall, it was a great place to stay and Laguna Beach is the perfect place to visit.

Lovely space

Beautiful space and lovely view with a Mediterranean feel. The owner,Bob,was very helpful ,easy to contact but not at all intrusive. It is an easy walk to town and away from the noise and traffic.We look forward to another visit.

Perfect Getaway

This property had everything we needed. The town, restaurants, & beach were minutes away by walking. The ocean view and the sound of the crashing of the waves from the deck outside the bedroom was captivating. The additional outdoor living room was perfect for lounging, with constant ocean breezes keeping comfortable temperatures all day long inside and outside the unit. The beach gear (chairs/umbrellas) was high quality and light. While we preferred going to Montage Beach (a few mile drive, but highly recommended), the gear could be easily carried on a walk to Laguna Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - very relaxing, and good value for the money. We'll be back.

Totally and Completely Perfect in Every Way

My boyfriend of I (both in our 60's) had a perfect vacation here. The place was cozy, yet sufficient in every way for what we needed. We brought our well behaved Golden Retriever and all three of us had a fabulous stay. The cottage is close toe everything. We walked most everywhere, and when we did drive it was easy to park and easy to find places to park in the village. We walked in the evening to the Pageant of the Masters and got there in 11 minutes. The place is totally equipped with everything you might need, clean, well appointed, beautiful/romantic view..cool breezes throughout the cottage, washer and dryer within 6 steps of the kitchen, couldn't ask for a better vacation. Heaven in SoCal!! The owner is great, all the details given are accurate and truthful. You won't be disappointed in any way shape or form. Coming back again! Great, safe, secure, warm, friendly neighborhood. Felt like home after just one night. All three of us left very melancholy because it truly was the best vacation ever!!

Perfect alternative to a hotel!

Wonderful studio apartment above the noise and crowds of the town but only a short walk down to all the fun. Beautiful views and fully stocked for a quick getaway or a longer stay. Would definitely recommend. Totally convenient and serene. TIP: Skip the beach in Laguna and head over to Crystal Cove.

Fabulous Find in Laguna Beach

The place was described to be really wonderful, and I agree with other reviewers about it being even more when you arrive!! It is lovely!! Every possible thing you could need is in this unit. There is great attention to detail from the owner as to what you might need; how to find it; and how to use it. I encourage vacationers to read the pages of tips that you receive throughout the process, as it will save you time in the long run. Nice set up for my yellow Lab, who enjoyed dozing on the front deck in the ocean breezes! While I took in the amazing view! I thoroughly enjoyed my 26-day stay!

Spectacular Views, Clean and Cozy

Simply put, if you want to stay near downtown Laguna, you appreciate a spectacular view, enjoy comfortable surroundings then you won't be disappointed with this rental. My husband thoroughly enjoyed parking our car on arrival and not entering it again until our departure. There are a lot of stairs, as the owner warned, but even in our sixties they weren't too bad. Our dog went with us and if you take a dog I would recommend walking to the end of the cul-de-sac near the stairs to provide him relief; it's a very short walk. I highly recommend this rental.

Perfect In Every Way

We were very pleasantly surprised to find this cute, QUIET, clean little cottage. It had all the comforts of home and was everything it was advertised to be. Bob was the icing on the cake, it was a joy visiting with him and he was very gracious in allowing us to have our 9 year old chocolate Labrador with us. Thank you so much. LOVED this place and the closeness to town, beaches, restaurants, walked to EVERYTHING! My favorite part of the trip was having a cocktail on the patio watching the sun go down. we definitely will be back ! Thank you again!

Charming Cottage in the City

This place was everything that was advertised, but so much more! LOVED the proximity to the city and the beach! We stayed three weeks and never grew tired of it! Everything we had hoped for...and MORE!!

Will never stay at a hotel again. This cute, quiet, clean cottage had all the comforts of home and Bob was just the nicest, most accommodating owner I have ever rented from and I have rented from many VRBO properties. Thank you so much. LOVED this place!! Just a short walk to the beach and all the fun things Laguna Beach has to offer and the view from the patio....amazing! Look No Further!

This is the place to stay in Laguna Beach! Nice view, great breeze and the sound of the ocean is music to my ears. The studio is nicely furnished, very comfortable - has everything you need. Bob is great, very friendly, available to answer any questions. The location can't be beat. You can walk to everything in minutes. The beach, shops, restaurants, Whole Foods, Heisler Park, the museum, galleries - it's all there! La Sirena Grill, The Orange Inn, Polina's Salerno Italian Restaurant, Nick's and The Penguin Cafe are some of our favorite places to eat. Balboa Island and Treasure Island Park are a couple of places we like to visit when we're in the area. This visit to Laguna Beach was a getaway for my husband and me. We're coming back in November, bringing our kids, their spouses and our grandson and staying in the house Bob has listed on the same property. Laguna Beach is the place to be; Bob's rental is the place to stay!

Girlfriend Getaway

My girlfriend and I just returned from Laguna and we thought the cottage was an excellent value. It was exactly like the pictures, very clean and the view deck was just perfect. My friend stayed on the couch (as is) and thought it was very comfortable. Bob checked in on us after we arrived, was very friendly and very accommodating. We really thought this was one of the best values in Laguna and plan on returning! We both highly recommend eating at GiGi's and El Ranchito. Both had great value, service and the cucumber cosmos at El Ranchito were a huge hit with us!

Love this place!!

My husband & I have stayed at this cottage for the last two years and plan to return again this October. We walk everywhere...the beach, restaurants, movies, shops, galleries, etc. The cottage is cozy and very clean. The owner stops by after you arrive to make sure everything is perfect. The owner's wife is a professional photographer....so if you want to create some lasting memories, she is the person that can make it happen. We have been vacationing along the coast of Southern CA for several years and have rented many cottages, condominiums, and single homes. We don't even look anymore...we have found the perfect place.

Second Year As Geat As The First Year !!!

Yes, we returned to Bent Street in Laguna Beach for our second month stay and enjoyed it even better than the first year! Landscaping had been freshened up, walkways widened and a great NEW glass counter was built on our deck that overlooks the ocean view and palm trees. Concerns we had were quickly addressed by the Owner. Our quick access to the town of Laguna and able to walk everywhere, ride the publc transit and have access to the community programs is a home away from home! We even helped save a baby Sea Lion on the cliffs of the beach and adopted Knute at the Pacific Marine Center. Terrific area to visit and wonderful VRBO to stay in. We have reservations for the coming year. :)

60th Birthday

My husband and I spent 3-nights to celebrate my birthday and relax after a hectic 2-months of work for both of us. The Cottage is perfect for 2 people and is lovely, perfectly kept with amazing views. We parked our car and never had to drive anywhere. We walked to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Laguna!

Wonderful 25th Anniversary Trip for Maine Couple

My husband and I were originally going to stay in a hotel on Laguna Beach for our 25th Anniversary trip. I came across this VRBO and was impressed by the pictures and the reviews describing exactly what we were looking for. I had pretty high expectations based on both! Well, our trip BEAT my expectations by a lot. We both LOVED this property and want to go back!! Some of the things we loved about it were the view, having morning coffee & breakfast on the porch, the cozy decorating, extremely comfortable bed, leaving the door open at night and hearing the waves, great Internet access (wireless and wired), being able to cook a few meals, everything you can imagine to make your stay more enjoyable (example beach chairs and a cooler bag), brochures on where to visit, being able to walk to the beach or shops, and even a britta filter in the refrig!!! I could go on and on. Bob was really professional and easy to deal with. Everything was provided as promised. I highly recommend this property for your Laguna Beach vacation!!

What a perfect location for a get-away in Laguna Beach! I highly recommend this property for your visit to Laguna. It is a great value and the location could not have been better for me. If my travel plans bring me back to Laguna in the future this will be my first choice to stay! The view and particularly the sunsets (and moonscapes) from the deck of this unit are incredible. I was also lucky enough to enjoy a couple evenings/mornings of very clear views of Catalina Island (which is rare) during my stay. This unit is very well maintained and close enough to walk to everything - the beaches of Laguna, downtown shopping, tons of restaurants, the Art Festival, Sawdust Festival, Heisler Park, Cliff Drive, and just about anything in downtown Laguna. If you are not an avid walker like I am, in the summer there is a very convenient shuttle service in Laguna. What I found most surprising was how quiet and private it is for it's close proximity to everything. The pictures the owner posted very accurately reflect the property. The bed (and bedding) are very comfortable and being just off the deck it allows falling asleep to the cool ocean breezes and sound of the waves. The owner provided plenty of recommendations along with a notebook and basket of pamphlets containing information on local restaurants and points of interest. My favorite casual eating places were La Sirena - take out (just a couple blocks away), Zinc Cafe, and for breakfast or lunch don't miss eating at the Madison Square Garden and Cafe - just across PCH from the Laguna Art Museum. My all time favorite restaurant in Laguna is Splashes at the Surf and Sand Hotel. My favorite beaches are at Crystal Cove State Park. The State of CA has refurbished much of the Crystal Cove Beach Cottages and if you have never been to Southern California this is a must see and is just a short drive North of Laguna Beach. I also discovered a new free APP for my iPhone from the City of Laguna Beach. I highly recommend utilizing this tool as it provides directions to everything from your current location and real time info on the Laguna Shuttle service along with information on all restaurants and events with links to websites. Just go to the APP store and type in Laguna Beach and you will find it. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as I did!

A Lovely Respite from Arizona Heat

We searched out hotels, but found this lovely studio and fell in love. It was a delight to be SO close to all of the essentials: Sawdust Festival, Pageant of the Masters, THE BEACH and downtown restaurants and galleries. We had so much fun using the boogie boards (provided by our host) and tide pooling. The views from our balcony were spectacular. With all of the money we saved not booking a hotel, we could eat out every night and see TWO shows. We availed ourselves of coffee and breakfast each morning in the kitchen and had our kids (4 adults) over for cocktails each night before going out to dinner. It was magical ~ the sunrises and sunsets and the privacy. We walked everywhere ~ such a treat.

Great beach stay!

My husband and I spent a relaxing weekend at this property! Met all our needs and was the perfect location! PCH gets so busy on summer weekends, so it was so nice to park the car for the entire weekend and walk to the beach and to all our meals! We did cook breakfast and have snacks in the unit, otherwise we preferred to go out. Bob was also great to work with and was very flexible with our travel arrangements. This spot was perfect and more than met our expectations!! Thank you for a great stay!

Favorite Laguna Beach Cottage

Laguna Beach holds many fond childhood memories. Staying at this Beach Cottage was a great experience. We are avid walkers and once we drove in, our car was not used often. The location is ideal and everything is in walking distance. The management was very helpful and easy to contact. The kitchen was completely furnished and provided everything except "cooking the meal"! The laundry facilities were a bonus and so easy to use and not have to leave the cottage. Listening to the surf at night and seeing it upon rising was a peaceful way to end and begin each day. Yes, we definitely plan to return and would honestly recommend the Beach Cottage .
