Our family stayed here for 5 nights. The checkin and checkout was easy. We absolutly loved the home, it was just perfect for me, my husband and kids. Every morning coffee looking over the ocean was heaven for me. The sunsets were amazing. Spotted some turtles in the waves. The property was very neat and had every thing we needed. kids loved the swimming pool and playing at the beach. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Maui.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo! The home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday (including beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs - all of which they don’t even tell you about!). The kitchen is well equipped and nicely updated. The bathrooms have obviously been recently renovated and are beautiful! The bedrooms are perfect. The view from the master bedrooms is second to none. We slept with the windows open to hear the waves. 😍. The air conditioning works well in both bedrooms and the living room to keep the entire condo cool. The pull out sofa in the living room was actually quite comfortable (according to my 12 year old son who LOVED sleeping there and listening to the waves). We (two adults, 14 year old, 12 year old, and 9 year old) had this home for 10 nights and couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. You have the quiet of a gated community, we felt safe letting our kids run ahead of us and just be kids, but you’re also extremely close to Lahaina and Front Street for any shopping or dining needs. Puamana is the BEST! Above all the great things provided inside the condo is the backyard. The pictures do not do it justice! The beach at Puamana is also fantastic, soft sand, no big pulls, and limited crowds. When you get tired of the ocean (or just need a break) all three pools in Puamana are great! The property managers were also incredible. Easily accessible and very responsive. We want stay here again and again! 🌺

This is a townhouse condominium that looks directly across the Pacific Ocean to the island of Lanai. The development is from the mid1960s but the unit was recently renovated. It is conveniently located at the southern end of Front Street making for an easy drive to Lahaina and quick access to the highway to get to the other towns in Maui.

Lovely condo with lawn from the lanai to the ocean in front! The complex has multiple pools and is well maintained. 10 minute walk to downtown Lahaina from the complex. Will stay here again!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) absolutely loved everything about this property! We loved having 2 bedrooms and easy, walkout access to the ocean. The location is so convenient to everything, and the sunsets are stunning! In addition, the neighbors and property management was so friendly! We did not want to leave, but we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

The condo was a good size for the 3 of us and the proximity to the ocean was amazing! The main floor had mostly been updated. However the square of carpet on the stairs really needs to be cleaned or replaced. We could not get hot water in the master shower. We used the ocean pool and that was great. Otherwise, a great stay and the view was unbeatable!

This was better than expected, the condo was spacious, comfortable, steps to the water, quiet, and the AC was welcome with the warm weather. So grateful to the owners for the unforgettable memories our family had. A great community feel with the friendly neighbors, yet very respectful of the locals and frequent travelers. The property is as shown on the website. I had no check-in or gate codes prior to our arrival. I had to call the after-hours number. Since we rented a condo with a kitchen, a starter pack with coffee, basic condiments, and seasoning basics would have been appreciated. I would have been willing to pay for a starter package since purchasing basics was not practical for a few days. The unit came with salt and pepper. The rest was great.

The condo is prime location. It’s only 75-100 feet from the water. Grassy area for the kids to run around. Grab a drink and sit in the patio chair every night to watch the sunset and every morning for the sunrise. True paradise. There are other beachfront condos in Puamana that are closer to the shore, however, they are usually 3 and 4 bedrooms and you lose a little bit of the “play” grass area if you have kids. The views are amazing! Now, the not so good. While the downstairs has been renovated, and the air conditioner in every room works well, the upstairs really needs a facelift. Ok, there is new flooring upstairs too but that’s it. The upstairs bathrooms are old and dingy. The bed is not comfortable but who really likes beds other than their own, unless you’re at the four seasons maybe. But our biggest complaint is how the unit is stocked. Or how little it is stocked I should say. The kitchen may look nice but it is almost not worth cooking in. It seems like the owners went to the dollar store about 15 years ago and bought the bare minimum of plates, glasses, pots, pans, utensils, etc. All mismatched and old. The pot handles held together by a cheap little screws were loose and falling off. The cheapest $15 Mr. Coffee maker (really?!?!), same with the blender. The knife set is crappy and dull. There wasn’t a single food storage container like Tupperware. There were no ziplock bags, no foil, no plastic wrap, no spices AT ALL. Well, there were two small plastic salt and pepper shakers like you see in the cheap diners. The BBQ worked but it is small and old. I don’t know about you but if I’m renting a condo it means I’d like to cook some meals vs. buying every meal in a hotel or restaurant. We had to buy EVERYTHING. Zip top bags and plastic wrap to store leftovers, foil, spices, oil, etc. There were zero cleaning supplies. Being there 10 days without cleaning at least countertops sucked. There was a small broom but no dust pan. Um, beach = sand, right? 4 beach towels but no sand chairs or umbrella. We had to buy it all and then we left it there. We were there 10 days. At $450 per day plus all the taxes we spent $5000 for just over a week. At that price you have to accommodate families a bit more who pay that much. This is easily a 1 or 2 million dollar condo. Most of it is location, yes, but the owners have to spend a little and make it a little nicer for their guests. It could be great, but because of what I listed we won’t be back.

A map of the property would have been useful in the rental ad. I have a disability and the pools were much too far for me to walk. The lower floor has been renovated but the upper floor needs work. The bathrooms are in need of renovation, the shower in the en suite bath in particular. Some new blinds and bedding would go a long way ! The air conditioning on the main floor doesn’t work as we discovered after turning it on and an hour later there was a large puddle of water on the floor below the TV. There was no BBQ brush so we bought one and left it there, plus we ran out of propane after a single use. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay .....

Great location and the down stairs remodel is very nice. The upstairs master bedroom and bath definitely need upgrading. The air conditioning wasn’t working. The bamboo blinds were a wreck and should have been replaced years ago. The shower insert was clean but grout and outside area below the shower door is deteriorating. I would rent the unit again but hope that the master bedroom will be upgraded before then. Also the closets are a mess, stuffed with a large amount of debris and usable items. The pots and pans also need to be replaced and the ice maker was broken the whole time we were there even though we reported it twice.

Everything from check-in to check-out was outstanding. The place was in a prime location on the beach. My girls and I were able bodyboard right in our backyard. Used the BBQ every night. The staff was friendly and helpful with all of our needs. Again, outstanding overall.

Overall we (Family of 4) were happy with this condo, would most likely stay there again but it could use a few improvements. One good thing is that there is AC and fans in the bedrooms but the AC is just barely able to keep the place cool. I'd prefer to turn off the AC when we go out but if we did the condo would get to hot and take to long to cool down. Also we rented a condo so that we could eat a few meals there while enjoying the lovely view. Unfortunately the exhaust fan from the stove was never installed. I found this out as I was making my kids some bacon, turned on the fan only to have the air come out on top of the microwave. Whole place kinda smoked up. Great view, and the downstairs has been remodeled.

The condo was well located and had a wonderful view. The complex was well maintained and had all the amenities you'd need. Nice and quiet which doesn't always seem to be the case in Maui. The condo was well maintained & clean. There were some electrical issues during our stay and it seemed the third time was the charm to get them fixed - not fast but eventually dealt with by the management company. A few roaches but it is a tropical location. All in all we enjoyed our time here and would love to come back!
