Puamana 19-1 è un'incredibile residenza sull'oceano con 4 camere da letto, 4 bagni, angolo di due piani situata a pochi passi dall'oceano e dalla famosa pausa surf Hot Sands. Idealmente situato a pochi passi dalla storica Puamana Clubhouse, dai campi da tennis e dalla famosa Ocean Pool, sarete sicuri di godervi tutto ciò che Puamana ha da offrire. I bellissimi negozi, ristoranti e siti di Lahaina Town sono a pochi passi da Front Street! Questa splendida casa �� appena stata completamente ristrutturata e offre tutti i comfort moderni mantenendo un vero spirito hawaiano. L'ampio open space mette in scena uno scenario oceanico perfetto da quasi tutte le stanze della casa. L'ampio lanai sull'oceano si apre completamente alle viste panoramiche mozzafiato sul Pacifico e sulle isole vicine dalla cucina, dal soggiorno e dalla sala da pranzo. C'è ampio spazio per tutti per distendersi e rilassarsi.

Quattro camere da letto arredate in modo tropicale, ognuna con il proprio bagno in 3 pezzi, la rendono la casa perfetta per tutta la famiglia. Al piano terra troverete 3 di queste camere da letto. Due sono camere da letto matrimoniali molto grandi e spaziose con letti king size con la terza camera con due gemelli. Fabulous for a family vacation

We were 3 couples and two children which turned out to be a perfect number. We arrived to a home that was easy to get into and spotlessly clean. We had 2 rental cars and parked one in the designated spot and paid to park the second one in a nearby unreserved space. My husband and I stayed in the master suite upstairs. It was wonderful to sleep with the sound of the crashing waves and wake up to the unobstructed view of the sea. The suite included a sitting area and a large and 2-sink bathroom. There is a small deck with two chairs and a little table - perfect for an early-morning cup of coffee and watching the kids playing on the beach. The 2 main bedrooms downstairs were large and comfortable. In fact all the beds were supremely comfortable. We all slept really well. The small bedroom with 2 twin beds was perfect for the 2 10-year olds. The kitchen was large and well-appointed with everything we needed to make simple meals. The large table on the patio was perfect for meals with the whole family. The location is really the best thing about this condo. A quick walk (20 yards?) and you’re at the little opening where you can access the beach. Along the way is a little outdoor shower for rinsing off. The beach itself is uncrowded - just the other condo residents - and the waves were always just right for body surfing, even for the girls. All in all, this is no doubt an exceptional way to spend a week in Maui. I would highly recommend it!

Fabulous view

Property was accurately represented online. We were 3 generations celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary - 2 sons, spouses and kids 14 and 17. Bedrooms with en-suite were perfect, shared space large enough and outdoor space was where everyone spent much of the time relaxing. Easy walk to Old Town and centrally located for our other activities. Beach towels were a huge plus but there was only one set of bathroom towels in each room. We were happy to have the washer/dryer to keep up. Floors were not very clean and we swept up them all the first day so it was clear they had not been washed. This could be improved by adding a mat outside the door and rug inside. Owner/manager needs to be proactive with regular bug control. We had 2 vehicles and followed all the Puamana condo association rules. They are relentless about parking and it seems petty to charge for the second vehicle after such an expensive rental. Consider working that out with the owner behind the scenes so the guest is not harassed. We brought in an executive chef for our last night and he was very impressed with the kitchen and condo (except no exhaust fan which we alleviated by having the glass doors wide open!). This was a once in a lifetime vacation and overall everyone was VERY happy with our accommodations!

Perfect for a family vacation

What a beautiful location and close to town so that we could enjoy restaurants and shopping. Our children enjoyed surfing at the neighborhood beach. We had the best week with them and the house was very comfortable for us all. The property manager was very easy to communicate with as well.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. It is an end unit so it was very quiet, private, and the views were incredible. Great layout for our family and the pools within the community were great for the kids. Close proximity to downtown Lahaina. Not close enough for us to walk but a very short drive. The parking situation was very easy for both of our cars as well. The house had plenty of beach towels which was an added bonus.

Family Vacation in Maui

This townhouse is absolutely beautiful. The master suite is magnificent. Working with Vacation-Maui was really easy as they were very responsive to our needs. Found two issues with the unit. The first major disappointment was finding roaches in our unit. Unfortunately, I was so impressed by the photos online I did not read the comments. Seems like others have had the same issue. Secondly the bedroom with the twin beds was really tight for 2 adults. Unit is perfect for 6 adults and a little tight with more... I would recommend reading the reviews before booking to see if the roach issue has been cleared up

Beautiful beach front condo.

Condo had all the basics to start the stay. Beds very comfortable. Large table for dining and cards very important. We enjoyed the unit and highly recommend to those that follow you will not be disappointed.

Very enjoyable, would stay again.

We had eight adult family members and all really enjoyed our stay, though one room, as correctly advertised, had smaller children’s beds that required us to push together for one couple, so this is a better property for 6 adults maximum I would say. The door lock was funky and a challenge to open and lock, and i think is in need of replacement. We were greeted by a few unwelcome friends on the floor when we arrived (mostly dead), which surprised us because we felt the unit was very clean, and noticed no intruders the rest of the week. The location on the beach was awesome; the master bedroom my wife and I never wanted to leave. Our family had rented a very extravagant place in Kauai the week before, and an informal poll of which they liked better leaned toward staying in this unit if they had to choose again, which I think says a lot.

Simply Perfect!

The home is spacious, the layout perfect for our needs, and the location is the best we have enjoyed on Maui. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well-equipped. We were working while visiting, so the good wi-fi was essential. The room-specific AC units were key to our comfort during the hot nights. The lanai was one of the best features - the large table allowed us all to sit together and look out at the spectacular view. We hope to visit again!

50th Anniversary

We came to Maui to celebrate a 50th Anniversary It far exceeded our expectations and we loved every minute of our stay. We watched the sunrise and sunset....whale's playing in the water, surfer's and paddle boarder's enjoying their sport. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed when we fixed meals in the home. Will sure miss our "home away from home". If you are coming to Maui, this is the place to stay.

This place is the perfect location for walking to town and the views from the open wall to the ocean are unparalleled. But for the crazy expensive price, I was hoping for more modern accommodations. The house feels very old - especially the bathrooms. There was no hot water (lukewarm); air conditioners in rooms that are very loud when trying to sleep. The ocean access is very rocky - would have much preferred a sandy beach. Had to drive to Kaanapali for that. Overall if you have a lot of people to sleep (we had 5) it might be perfect. But for the price did not feel it was worth it.
