Bellissimi pavimenti in porcellana sono nella zona giorno, cucina e bagni. Arredi in stile piantagione, un grande televisore a schermo piatto, lettore DVD, docking station per iPod tutti fanno per una vacanza rilassante. La zona giorno ha porte scorrevoli in vetro che si aprono al lanai dove non si vuole perdere i tramonti colorati!

Entrambe le camere sono moquette, dispongono di TV a schermo piatto e bellissimi bagni en-suite. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king size con porte che conducono al patio scorrevole - un luogo ideale per godervi una tazza di caff����������������������������������������������������������������� di mattina. Very easy check in process, good directions to property from airport. Tv in master bedroom never worked for duration of the stay, tv in lounge worked well. Sliding door latch to lanai from master did not work and could not be used for duration of the stay. Maintenance person did come to fix it, but was unable to fix it, as it required a different locking system which he did not have. Washer in second bathroom could be used, but leaked water all the time, forcing us to put towels on the floor to absorb water. Maintenance person came to inspect, but had to special order a part to repair it, advised us to continue using the towel on the floor. One of the high chairs in the dining area had a broken rail at the bottom. We had to evacuate a large cockroach from the living area one evening. Pool access was really easy and used frequently by all. Great location, easy access to many beaches, walking distance to convenience store and Ritz Carlton. Consider placing some doormats at all entrances so feet can be cleaned before entering the property. We will consider staying here again in future. Thank you

Loved our stay. Villa was true to the online photos. Door code made check in super easy. Loved the location on the golf course. Villa was spacious for our family of 4. Overall, nothing but positive feedback from us. We would stay here again.

Great property and near beaches!

People create 5 star ratings when they have no issues with the property or it’s management team. I rate this property and management team 5 ⭐️’s because of how they fulfilled their promise that this trip with my family would be special and memorable. The second day of our stay the AC unit in the main part of the house failed. I reached out to Allan with iTrip (the vacation/property management co) and his response was exceptional! Within 24 hours the unit was repaired and the best part was his communication from initial troubleshooting to resolution. It never required me or any member of my family to lose a SECOND of our vacation time. All the repairs were done in the background while we enjoyed our selves on Maui! Allan; thanks again for helping us! That’s why you should book with confidence! Super villa and s superior experience with the company, iTrip. Mahalo! 🤙

Great but Disappointing

Kapalua area is beautiful, quiet with stunning views of the ocean but just not this unit. The condo has a stunning view of the 4th fairway but it in no way has an ocean view - one of the primary reasons we booked the condo. It has a peekaboo view of the ocean but not even close to an ocean view where this should be advertised as such. And our other biggest complaint about the unit is there no shade or umbrella on the lanai that shields you from the powerful sun. You basically cannot use the lanai from noon until 6pm because it's just too hot with strong UV rays from the sun. With that said, the unit is nicely appointed with all the amenities needed for a great and comfortable stay. The beds where comfortable, nice walk-in showers in both rooms and all the kitchenware to be able to cook and enjoy meals at home. It was clean, the pool area was quiet (although no spa was ever located on the property). If you are not looking for an ocean view condo, this is perfect. If you want an ocean view condo, this isn't one.

We were very pleased that the property was very clean and just as it appears in the pictures. One of the bedroom lamps didn’t work so i reported it and it was addressed the next day. I am very happy we stayed here and I would like to stay again.

Great condo!

We’ve been coming to Kapalua and specifically the Golf Villas for 10+ years. Great condo, super clean, highly accessible to Montage spa, Honolulu store, restaurants, beach, etc. My only and one small nit would be if it would have nice if the kitchen and bathrooms had few more basics (2nd roll paper towels, hand soap, food wrap, few ziplock bags. Apart from that I’d definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great location and excellent view of golf course!

Enjoyed our stay at this unit. We have been to KGV before and had another great experience renting a different unit. This place has an excellent view of hole 4. You can watch golfers t off and then a closer look at their second shot. Few things to mention is the fridge freezer had a mind of its own and most times didn’t produce ice which we needed daily for the pool or beach. The fridge also didn’t keep our food items cold (cold). We purchased some milk that had a decent expire date and it went sour after a week or less. One more thing to add is there needs to be more starter stuff provided. We needed to buy a dish cloth, also more tp - we ran out after a week, spices for cooking (was only salt left over from a previous group), and only the basics for cutlery / dishes and cooking supplies. —a bonus there was laundry detergent. The twin beds should be moved into the secondary room and have a king bed in the master suite. Beds were fairly comfortable and the place is spotless Overall rating is a 4/5.

This condo was better than we imagined. The location and view was amazing. The pool is a short walk (although the key fob was not working). The lanai was a lovely place to sit and enjoy lunch, etc. the closet there was also filled with anything you could need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, beach toys, cooler). We had family staying nearby at the Ritz Carlton (walking distance) and they thought the condo was better than the amenities at the hotel! And if returning to Maui would opt to book at the condos vs the Ritz just to put things into perspective! Cannot recommend this enough.

We absolutely loved this property. It was very well appointed, immaculate and comfortable with Tommy Bahama style furnishings. Great location on golf course with gorgeous view. Beautiful, small pool area steps from unit was quiet, relaxing. The only issue we had was sketchy directions to the unit. Once we found it, it was perfect!

Lovely place in Kapalua

We enjoyed our stay in Kapalua and would stay again in future trips. The unit is exactly as the pictures display. It was Clean, quiet and renovated. One thing to know is that there are two flights of stairs to get to the unit which might be cumbersome for people with mobility issues.

Almost Perfect. Setup a little odd and be prepared to buy everything you need for your stay.

There are a couple of items that I wanted to note about this property. This was rented as a two bedroom unit with a queen bed in one room and two twins in the other room. Since we were traveling on business with a co-worker, this was not an issue. When we got to the property the bedroom with the twin beds was the nicer of the two rooms with a MUCH larger bathroom and shower. I could have requested the twins to be set up as a King but choose not to as the pictures did not trigger the need at the time of reservation. Looking back I would have requested the Twins be converted to a Master Suite, as i think it was originally intended. Another point to note is that the description indicated a Sofa bed was also available. There were Sofa Bed Sheets labeled in a bag but when we checked, we did not see a sofa bed. In reviewing the pictures, we noticed an additional sofa that was not present when we were at the property therefore, we expect that this is the sofa bed that was missing. So, if you need a sofa bed you might want to request that specifically when you reserve this unit. We did experience two issues at the property, one was ants in the bathroom of the queen bedroom and two was the ice maker in the freezer had water spray on the front of the Ice tray causing it to freeze the freezer door shut. Maintenance did come and address both the ants and the freezer situation. The ants were handled. The ice maker continued to spray water on the front of the unit causing the door to freeze shut. So, you might have to tug pretty hard on the freezer door to get it open. The last comment that I want to make is if you are planning on staying here plan on bringing or buying EVERYTHING that you will need during your stay. When we got to the property, it looked brand new as far as the kitchen was concerned. There was nothing in the cabinets other than the typical kitchen gadgets. There were no staples at all. No Salt No Pepper, No coffee filters, No condiments of any kind. Since I stay in VRBOs frequently, one of the things that we like is seeing what was left by the previous tenants. When I inquired, the response I received was due to COVID they had to remove EVERYTHING. So, if you need it you will need to purchase it. I had to purchase 200 coffee filters to use only 5. I guess the remaining 195 will go in the landfill. If this is going to be the norm, I recommend a Keurig.
