Konea 545 è una lussuosa suite con vista sull'oceano con due camere da letto e offre una splendida vista sull'oceano in quanto si trova nella colonna di due camere da letto più vicina all'oceano nell'affascinante interno di Konea rivolto a sud.

Raccogli, ricollegati e festeggia in uno dei più grandi piani da 2 piani Honua Kai con 1315 piedi quadrati di spazio interno. La suite può ospitare fino a sei persone in due letti king-size e un divano letto queen-size. Lasciati trasportare nell'incantevole cielo di Maui dopo aver riposto le porte in vetro e lasciato che l'interno si fondesse perfettamente con l'esterno.

Ti incoraggiamo ad esprimere la tua creatività culinaria nella cucina ben attrezzata. Lo spazio è completamente attrezzato con elettrodomestici Bosch in acciaio inox e piani di lavoro in granito, e abbiamo fornito ogni apparecchio e utensile per preparare il pasto o il rinfresco perfetto ... basta portare gli ingredienti. Goditi i pasti nello spazioso lanai o cenare al chiuso nell'aria condizionata a controllo climatico. Inoltre, il nostro frullatore Vitamix di qualità commerciale si presta bene alla preparazione di libagioni o frullati creativi con prodotti locali freschi.

Honua Kai si trova di fronte al mare a Nord Kaanapali, quindi sarai letteralmente a pochi passi dalla tranquillità del litorale di Maui. Un "Ohana Play Package" include sedie da spiaggia Tommy Bahama, un ombrellone, attrezzature per barbecue e un dispositivo di raffreddamento portatile.

The lodgings were great. The facility was very crowded and people were less than welcoming compared to normal. Perhaps related to post covid travel surges (Hopefully not the new norm)

Best Property Ever!

This property is stunning inside and out. Inside; very comfortable beds and furnishings and lots of closet space and dresser drawers.. The unit was very clean. The bathrooms were huge and sparkling clean. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and great appliances. We had 6 in our party and never felt crowded. There's a huge Lanai, with doors that open the whole width of the living/ dining room. Outside: Absolutely beautiful. Grounds are very well maintained and the pools are simply stunning. Walks on the beach are a plus for your vacation. Dukes, located on the property is a wonderful place to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner or order poolside. The store in the lobby has everything you need. The Property management team was exceptionally kind and helpful. I could go on and on with positive words for this property. It was more pricey than I wanted to pay but decided to book it anyway and when we walked into the unit and looked out across the beautiful pool area and oceanfront, I was SO happy I decided to go ahead and book this one. No regrets for this Mama. Will definately return in the future.

Amazing!

Stayed here on vacation with my husband and 19mo son and loved everything about it! Kiddo still naps several hours a day, but the huge lanai and wrap around windows allowed my husband and I to feel like vacation was still happening even when we had to be at the condo. The place was clean and easy to keep clean (no carpet, no clutter, plenty of closet and dresser space). The pools & grounds were a great place to have fun for adults and toddlers alike. We hope to stay here again!

WOW this property was amazing. The grounds of the property was beautiful and spotless. Perfect location and loved the fact that the property had direct beach access. The unit was well stocked and had a fantastic view. Enjoyed my stay very much and can’t wait to get back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms & main room were all spacious. Plenty of room for suitcases as well as closet storage. We all loved the many pools & Dukes is close & had good breakfast. The only thing to note is that the better part of the beach is a 5-10 min walk south of the hotel.

This place is a gem! Beautiful ocean view, super clean, very well equipped, very spacious and in a fantastic location. Everyone at Maui Resort Rentals were very attentive to all our needs. They were a pleasure to do business with. All in all an A+ experience. Hope to be back!

AMAZING - Can't wait to go back!!

We absolutely loved our stay! We walked into the lobby in the Konea Tower and I felt right at home. AHHHHH We went as 2 couples and shared the condo. Amazing space and views. We had a great ocean view and the glass doors open all the way out to the balcony from the living room. Dukes is great good on the property. The beach walk to Whaler's Village is great exercise and a few different beach accesses along the way. The pools were fun and not overly crowded. We can't wait to go back!!!

Well maintained and a tropical feel.

The view was great and the afternoon sun was setting away from the spacious lanai, which gave us a shady setting for a nice dinner with a light tropical breeze. The staff at MRR was very friendly, always available, and prompt. We can't wait to go back again next year to celebrate my wife's Birthday!!

3rd time we stayed at Honoa Kai. We have rented 2 BR condo each time for 4 adults & 2 young children. Great facility. Maui is a great vacation spot to relax and enjoy some time off.

OK, but you there are better options on Ka"anapali

We stayed at Honua Kia for 2 weeks. The resort is OK but there’s nothing really special about it and there are better places on Ka’anapali for the same price. Some pros and cons of the resort: Pros 1. Sliding glass walls in the condo. The walls in the living room and master open completely to the lania. This is a fantastic feature 2. The lanai is very big (relative) to other places on the island. The dining size table on the lanai is also a big plus. 3. Room layout. The way the condo is arranged makes for a nice, large living space between the two bedrooms. 4. Vitamix in the room. IDK if all rooms have this bit ours did and it was great. 5. Walking distance to Times Market. Cons 1. Pools. The pools here are not great. Max depth is 3.5 ft and the water temperature is very warm. 2. Resort friendliness. For two weeks we walked in and out of the main entrance to the building. Only once did a single resort employee greet us. No “aloha”, “hi”, or “can I help you”. 3. Resort services. The services at the resort are very minimal and compared to other resorts almost non-existent. 4. Cleanliness. Trash disposal in the resort is through a trash chute on each floor. The chute produces a chimney effect that brings a constant draft of garbage smelling air onto each floor. The smell permeates the entire hallway of each floor. There were also daily examples of poor "policing" of the grounds (e.g. plastic cups half full of beer being left in public places for two days). 5. Lania furniture - It is plastic wicker and very uncomfortable. Some of the units in the resort have pads on the furniture. Some also have reclining lounge chairs (with pads). Both of these would have made the lanai and the condo much nicer. 6. Bad Beach. The beach in front of the resort is not good for much of anything. The snorkeling isn't great and it's very rocky for just playing. 7. Restaurants. Duke's is it. Overpriced bar food. 8. Resort activities. The resort offers little with respect to activities. We were at the resort over July 4th and most of the other places on Ka’anapali offered some type of events for the Holiday (Westin, Sheraton, Marriott, Hyatt, Ka’anapali Ali’i, etc). Nothing from HK. We didn't have little kids with us this trip but compared to other Ka’anapali resorts HK has no activities for little kids. 9. Small H2O heater. Our party of 3 frequently ran out of hot H2O 10. Shower size. Showers are really small for a place at this price point.

Felt like Home

Our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents made Konea 545 our home for a week feb 7-14. The suite is located quite close to the elevator and the elevator is very quick. The suite was clean and very very spacious. The 2 bathrooms were awesome for us and that there were 2 was a bonus. Maui Realty were extraordinary - greeting us with flower leis, and they were very quick to respond by text phone and in person. We did have some issues during our stay but they were minor ones. The balcony has a great view of the ocean. The AC works very well. The vitamix was nice to have. There was a lot of stuff in the beach closet which we liked especially the backpack chairs - we appreciated them alongside with the cooler. We would definitely stay here again. Parking was easy except that it was more difficult to find a spot underground after 9pm. Being so close to dukes we ended up ordering take out from there! The BBqs in the courtyard were awesome!! Times grocery across the street was all we needed for groceries and the little tuck shop in the lobby was awesome. It wasn't over priced like other resorts. Staying here made our trip a memorable one. The pools were kid friendly and we didn't have difficulty finding chairs even at 2pm. The crowd was family friendly and lots of great people staying here. The communication before and after our stay has been extraordinary. Thank you for making memories with us we will stay here again!!!
