Unit #116 at Maui Kaanapali Villas is a spacious studio that offers lush views, central A/C, and tile flooring throughout. This unit is located in the Aloha Tower at the ground level and can accommodate up to 3 adults OR 2 adults and 2 children. Within the modern studio, you will have a king-size bed and a couch that converts into a queen-size sofa bed located in the living room. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead and a dual-sink vanity with ample storage space.

The kitchen has a sleek and modern design and is equipped with essential items, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar that also acts as a designated desk space. The best highlight is the private and oversized lanai where you can lounge, dine and relax to your heart's content!

Upon checking in at the front desk, Maui Kaanapali Villas has a $35 per day facility fee. This Resort Fee includes parking for 1 vehicle. Additional vehicles are subject to an extra $10 per day.

Notice of Resort Improvements: Aloha Tower Painting Project. C Wing 15 to 23 stacks 9/21-10/9/26. Work hours 8am to 5pm. Mon-Fri. Update as of 10/12/26: due to weather related issues, this project is behind schedule. New estimate of the completion date is 11/15/26. Update as of 10/30/26: The project has been extended again to 12/18/26. The remaining work will focus on the first-floor areas, common areas, walkways & lanais, stairwells and elevator buildings. What to expect: Power washing, surface preparation, and boom lift operation may cause noise during work hours.

Maui Ka'anapali Villas features two pools, a child's wading pool area, hot tubs, and a beach activities center where they offer beach rentals such as stand-up paddle boards, boogie boards, snorkel sets, and more. The resort also features an onsite restaurant, Castaways Café, a convenience store, the Third Heaven Spa & Massage, and a state-of-the-art Precor fitness center with 24-hour access, yoga classes 3 times per week, and access to hospitality bathrooms for early arrivals and late departures. Maui Ka'anapali Villas is on the loop that the complimentary Kaanapali Trolley can be taken to other resorts and the Whalers Village Shopping Center. The villas have all the amenities of a large resort but offer the personal aloha and charm of old Hawaii.

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
